I agree with Jason 100%. This guy is too big for his britches. I was looking to do a 6 figure build with him. It took them over 2 months to respond to my email inquiry. When they finally did, they asked me if I was still interested. I told them yes. Vera set up a phone call between Tommy and I, it was a Friday. Tommy and I spoke and left off if I didn’t hear from him by midweek, contact Vera. I did so. Nothing. I’m done with them. I moved on.

I truly had high hopes for this business but have been left with nothing but disappointment. I stopped in person the Monday of Thanksgiving week and was impressed with the shop and Vera seemed pleasant. She couldn't answer the questions I had about the upgrades I wanted to do to my car and unfortunately Tommy was not in this day, but she took photos of my car and implied he would call me back the next day or Wednesday before they closed for Thanksgiving. I didn't receive a call back and gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday. I tried calling the following week (to a line that is evidently not monitored) so I left a couple of voicemails at the prompt...still no return call. I then filled out the form they request you fill out on their website...still no return call. It has been six weeks and I have reached out to this company in every form I can think of (and that they request you to), only to be ignored and feeling that my business is not important. I've read some similar reviews here from other "customers" and wanted to warn others not to have much of an expectation for being able to get in touch with anyone here. Not very respectful or professional.

Tommy Pike Customs is the only place we take our vehicles. They know exactly what each car needs to really make it “pop”. Thank you Tommy and the whole team. Oh yeah, he’s on tv too!

GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME and I’m not sure if some of these “car fanatics” understand this. A few of the reviews that I just read, are so ridiculous it’s comical. Listen, If you want a job done in 1 week, go somewhere that does not have a waiting list (FYI that should be a red flag). For myself, I’d rather be PATIENT and WAIT for my turn because let me tell you, it was 100% worth it. Tommy Pike Customs is by far one of the coolest places I’ve been to. Staff goes above and beyond, shop is as clean as a whistle, and they do an amazing job. Also, the show is 10/10!!! So please ignore the petty remarks made by these bitter so called, “car fanatics.” SHOUTOUT TO TOMMY PIKE CUSTOMS. I love my car!

Tommy Pike Customs has always taken huge care of us and our toys! Totally hooked up the RV, dialed in the Expedition and Ranger. And oh yeah, he’s on TV too!👊

Worst experience I ever had. Took $ 32 K and did just body work. Asked for another $25k as he had cost overruns. When I asked for what he took out my new engine, transmission and drive shaft and dumped my car in my driveway. Tommy told me that all of his work force as left him and he cannot afford the rent. Do not give him a down payment without definite milestones. He had the car for 3 years and only did bodywork!

I had reached out to Tommy for a build and was more than happy with the process from initial response to the finished project. Not only is their work exceptional but Tommy and his crew go above and beyond to make sure you're informed and satisfied with the entire process. Thanks for the amazing J10 Tommy! I can't wait for you to start on our next project!
