My brake fluid light came on & my brakes were not braking. Walked in the asst. Manager was the first to help & assist me with my basic needs...he guided me through the products I asked for, even tho we didn't get it right the first time. He was very friendly & positive throughout this whole experience. Thank you Mr Carlos for your knowledge & kindness!

Went there and one of the managers said to a customer that it was sad he had to babysit the store my response was are u indicating me and saying I'm trying to steal. He proceeded to tell me to leave his store. Said I couldn't even look around. Mind u my truck is down I need a harmonic balance bolt or tap and die set. I'm threatened with the police being called and made to leave. All because he saw me walk up to the store. Very very bad service I've shopped there many times never again

Terrible experience with the young black brother with locs here. Didn't get his name. He Wasn't knowledgeable, refused to help and rudely redirected me to the aisle, then showed me purchase tools instead of the loaners I asked for. Was INCREDIBLY rude and I've shopped here for years. I won't be coming back. It's a shame we treat each other like this, but I'll be pressing for a resolution for this issue.

Carlo literally saved the day! He helped me find a new car battery, installed it [which wasn't easy, apparently one of the bolts was no good!] And was so kind. This guy deserves a raise! I wasn't going to be able to make it home without him!

Got the battery we needed here, and they changed it for free. Store was pretty well-kept and conveniently located. The auto zone a third of a mile down Wade Hampton did not have the battery we needed. Customer service was good not great.
