The worst service in history of woman getting car serviced. First, I have Mercedes C300 and took my car in for an alignment and oil change, mind you my husband and I have two vehicles we would always take to them. My appointment was at 12noon and I waited for the car, cause my husband was at work with the other car. I arrived at 11:30 and sat and then decided to go across the street to the auto dealership. When the appointment was made I specifically asked for Dave to be my technician, which my husband also specified. Thats why we had the appointment for him in the first place. A different technician name chad which we never asked for. My car easnt ready until 6 right at closing which was ridiculous for 2 minor services which i just bought all 4 new tires and rims from discount tires. Unbeknownst to us we have 2 residences in north carolina/south carolina and had to get an inspection for tag on the car. Inspection immediately called us in the shop and asked us we recently got the oil changed. I said yes oil was all on there shop floor. I rarely drive my car due to me working from home so its driven maybe once a week. The inspection guy flashed a light in between the my radiator and engine something was red. At that time we asked him to put it on the lift it was red rags from Goodyear technician overflowing and spillage of oil all underneath. The rags were laid perfectly 3 or 4 in the cover to protect oil pan from dirt and debris. Immediately i called Corporate and filed a complaint, we had driven all the way to Gastonia, NC and was unaware what happen to my Excellent condition Mercedes. I took pictures and offered to send to corporate which I did. Corporate the. Contacted the Goodyear location and spoke to Jeff the manager. This man stated to corporate I had a powering steer leak and also outer tire arm play and also something else i forget the lie. Mind you none of this was on my paperwork, also I've never spoken to this man or went over this with Chad. I was floored and crying at the same time that someone will lie instead of admitting their mistake. Which they couldve just told me to come back to clean up their mess or leave the car. You cant do an alignment if something is wrong with the outer control arm has any type of play.. if your not a shady shop you wouldnt get over on a woman. Which i knew everything was a lie after looking at the pictures they sent me to another Goodyear on Pelham. The manager and all the staff were very nice, patient and helpful in providing information about my vehicle. Surprise none of the things that Jeff at Goodyear lied to corporate nothing was wrong. They spilled an enormous amount of oil or started the car and it splashed everywhere and tried to cover up there mistake. Which I forgot to mention i paid additional money for Mobile 1 oil verses Vavoline oil. They overfilled my oil the oil was at the top if stick. People wonder why women is so hesitant about servicing their car with men. Being taken advantage of! End result i got a full refund but this will forever be a sore subject. I also don’t know if they even completed the work I paid.. Mobile 1 oil, alignment. Don't ever ever take your vehicle to Goodyear on Wade Hampton in Taylors, South Carolina! I guarantee Jeff the store manager will blatantly lie to save his own skin. Instead of being a truthful honest business, pelham goodyear cleaned up their mess and charged their store. I had a screw in my tire. Lexus dealership told me the tire needed to be replaced. They wouldn't even try to patch it. I came to Goodyear for a second opinion. Matt Taylor was the one who helped me. He shared some advice and was patient as I evaluated my options, and eventually when he pulled out the screw form the tire, the tire wasn't even leaking air. So, nothing needed to be done further: no patch, no tire replacement. He saved me some money and a lot of anxiety. I will definitely return here myself and recommend this place to anyone based on my experience today. Matt, thank you!

Honest and fairly quick. Our van was driven off the road into a large ditch, and one tire got a slow leak. This Goodyear could have sold us a new tire, but instead found and cleared the debris allowing air to escape. Total cost was $25 and change. Their honesty earned my trust.

Showed up early with nail near the sidewall of the right front tire. Matt Taylor took great care of myself and my disabled son and got us back on the road in no time with a new tire. Thanks Matt for your helpful service.

These guys might be good for some, but they weren't good for me. I have a work truck that's part of an enterprise fleet. It needed new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. On my end, I'm supposed to 1) find an approved service provider via my fleet maintenance app 2) schedule an appointment and provide my enterprise maintenance card and 3) Show up for the appointment. The shop is supposed to handle the rest. That's not how it went down though. I confirmed that this Goodyear is an approved service provider. I scheduled an appointment online. I called the shop to confirm the appointment and provide the maintenance card details. They confirmed the tire order but didn't ask for card details. They notified me the next day that my tires were in and said I could bring in my truck the following morning. I came in at 9 AM. When signing me in, I reminded them that it's part of an Enterprise Fleet and showed them the maintenance card. The guy said, "Oh, it's gonna take hours to get approval....." (Why did you not start the approval process when I called 2 days before??). He then asked me to email him a screenshot of the maintenance card, which I did, and then went to the Dunkin Donuts nearby to work until they were done. I worked until about 2 PM and walked back over to the shop. My truck was right where I left it. They hadn't touched it. When I walked inside, the same gentleman asked what I needed. I reminded him that I was there earlier and he said "oh! I was just working on some of your paperwork but we still don't have approval." He then apologized and complained about how hard enterprise is to work with these days and how the system used to be much easier, etc. I asked him if I could just take the truck back and receive a call whenever they DO get approval. He said, "oh...... yeah that's a much better idea." (Why didn't you recommend that 5 HOURS AGO?????) I took the truck back and, even 3 weeks later, they never called me. My fleet manager was shocked to hear all of this and recommended I go somewhere else. I took my truck to Jiffy Lube, and let me just say it blew Goodyear out of the water. I didn't bother calling ahead since that accomplished literally nothing the first time. I showed up at Jiffy Lube and started to explain what I needed, they said "no problem, pull into Bay 3." I offered my maintenance card but they said "we don't need it - we'll scan the door and it will pull up everything we need." They spent a few minutes getting info before returning the truck to me and saying they were already working on the approval process and would inform me when it was done, but I could go expect to come back in the next day or two. They called me the next afternoon and said they got approval and a set of tires would be arriving the next day, and I could come any time after that. I stopped by unannounced 3 days later and they had me in and out with the oil change, 4 new tires, and alignment all in 2 HOURS. That's gold standard stuff right there. Professional, attentive, quick, efficient, communicative. Like I said, Goodyear may be good for some, but my particular experience with them wasn't good. They REALLY need to evaluate how they handle enterprise fleet vehicles, because they seem to be way behind the times.

Pulled in with a flat tire, manager was rude said they wouldn’t help me til the next day, had to use fix a flat in their parking lot and take it somewhere else, definitely would not recommend! Much better business within two miles.
