As reviewer John wrote over a year ago. 5 Stars simply are not enough to describe the level of professional work Jason did to my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Getting scheduled in was fast and the work done was fast and very, very affordably priced. Jason went above and beyond the work agreed on for the price we agreed on. I would recommend HAILSTARZ to anyone who needs hail damage dents or parking lot dents removal for their vehicle. Thanks so very much, Jason!

I am very pleased with the paintless dent repair performed by Jason Welch. I received two other estimates and decided on Hail Starz as Jason explained the process thoroughly. This is a process that requires much skill and experience. I highly recommend this firm.

Jason does great work! Seriously, just look and the before/after pics. He was able to work this football sized crease out of my wife's hood without damaging the vinyl stripes or the plastic hood ornament. Jason is kind, professional, and quick. I hope I do not dent my wife's car again, but if I do, I know that I am coming to see Jason ASAP!

I don't write reviews for just anyone. I had to share my experience with HAILSTARZ because the word needs to get out. This is a top notch business that takes care of their customers and are experts at their craft. I have a large truck that I absolutely love. Recently, it got damaged by an unexpected hailstorm that came through. Jason took a look, gave me an on point estimate, and was spot on about the time needed to repair. The communication throughout was amazing. Jason treats his customers very well, and is upfront about everything. During the time they had my car, Jason would regularly check in with me and even provided a few pictures to show me the progress. I highly recommend Jason and his crew, and have already sent a life long friend their way. If you're looking for a business you can trust to take care of your vehicle, HAILSTARZ is the place. Quality craftsmanship with amazing customer service. I hope I don't have to come back, but I know exactly where I'm going should one of my vehicles get caught by Mother Nature again. Thanks, Jason!!

Do you have dents in your vehicle that bother you anytime you drive it? If you are like me, I like my vehicle to look good because I feel so much better when I drive it! I was involved in a major hail event this spring in St. Louis while visiting family. Major event included 2" stones putting well over 500 dents in my vehicle's body. And they were in tough to repair place like the roof side rails and some were very deep in the hood, roof, and decklid. I knew I would need to find a real pro PDR craftsman to do this job correctly. Enter Hailstarz and Jason Welch, the owner of the business. Jason has been "around the block and further" using his master PDR skills to his customer's delight. When I picked up my vehicle after about 2 weeks in his shop, the vehicle looked brand new...2016 Chevrolet Malibu with 91K miles on the odometer! No kidding, I felt like I was driving a brand new car off of the dealer lot. My neighbor was outside when I pulled in the driveway and remarked, "Car looks brand new!" So if you want a guy that puts his attention and skills into your dent removal and one that communicates every time you have a question on status......Look no further than Hailstarz of the Upstate. He is the best!

HailStarz Review – 5 Stars My brand-new fancy truck got a serious beat down from real golf ball-sized hailstones during a storm in Arkansas. Back home in North Carolina, I started the insurance claim process—first time ever, since I’ve always driven older cars and never filed a claim before. One shop and my insurance agent mentioned “PDR” (Paintless Dent Repair), so I did a little research and came across HailStarz. With a name like that, I figured they were either total flakes or totally obsessed. Turns out, they’re the obsessed kind—and in the best way possible. Jason and his team are seriously talented. Outstanding communication throughout the process, very knowledgeable about the insurance side of things, and even worked with me on the deductible and filing. You can tell they care about doing things the right way. They used OEM replacement clips and attachments even though my insurance didn’t cover that. Who does that? Someone obsessed with doing it right, that’s who. Jason and the team are also just fun to work with—full of interesting stories and always happy to share what they know about the repair process, how PDR works, and how to navigate insurance. You get the sense they really enjoy what they do, and it shows. From what I’ve seen, hail damage repair can be a bit of a sketchy industry, but HailStarz is the real deal. I was one of the first customers at their new Greensboro shop, and when I went to pick up my finished truck, the place was packed. Now I understand why. I have no personal connection to the team, just a very happy customer. It was a pleasure to work with a North Carolina family-owned business that takes this much pride in their craft. Highly recommend.
