Ordered from Matthew of Facebook and ordered a bazooka sound bar but received a different sound bar. I’ve tried getting in contact with him and he has just quit responding to me.

ATV Outfitters seems to be one of those good small town companies you wish there were more of. I ordered these floor boards and while they did take a good while to get to me (waiting on third party to make them) Matthew was always very polite to me when I would call or email to ask about the status of my order. He even took time to contact the manufacturer to specifically check on my order. I always appreciate good customer service who show they care about taking care of their customers. Thank you for making sure I got my floor boards.

I sent a message at the end of a business day and got a response shortly after instructing to call when they opened the next day. I got busy at work the next morning and didn’t call until after 3pm for a tire I needed next day and couldn’t find anywhere. They were very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. My buddy that works for UPS sent me this pic this morning knowing it was mine when he walked by. It was ready to be thrown on a truck for delivery today not much more than 16 hrs after I ordered it on the phone with them. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Thanks, guys!

Online order 3 months ago. I have emailed them, no answer. I have tried calling them 15+ times, it always rings all the way to voice-mail. I have left voice-mail. Never answered. Are they screening my canadian call? Then answer the emails.... They charged my credit card and still no product. I really want the specific item I ordered, if not talk to me and let me know if it will take time or if you can't get it (then obviously refund me....) Please reply to emails or your phone. I have attached a picture of the sky. As all I have left is hopes and dreams to one day hear back or get a refund.

I’m only giving them 1 stars because their communication and followup is one of the WORST I’ve ever dealt with and I lost almost half my money even though I purchased another tire from him. I dealt with Johnson, and it was not a good experience at all. I first ordered a tire through Amazon and it happened to come from ATV Outfitters. When the tire arrived, it was the wrong tire, not their fault, but the fault of the person who asked me to order the tire for them. I went through Amazon to get the tire returned. No problem at all. The correct tire was not on Amazon, so I called and got Johnson. I ordered the correct tire and I asked for a receipt and tracking info. I never received it. I called back the next day and got Johnson again, I again asked for a receipt with tracking. First I got info on another person who lives in Texas, name, address, etc. I emailed and called and this time Johnson sent me something in txt format which did not contain any information. I called on the third day and was told by Johnson that he would send it. To date, I received the tire but I’ve never received a receipt for my purchase nor was there any communication from them about my return. I’ve purchased several tires from other companies and I’ve never been treated as rudely as I did by this company. I personally will never deal with this company again. I much rather pay a little more for what I need and get treated better then I did here. Oh, he took almost half the price I paid for the tire when returned for shipping and restocking. Basically I got ripped off for almost 50% of a new tire that he will turn around and resell for full price? If you decide to deal with them, I hope you receive better treatment then I. It seemed like I was bothering him each time I called. Don’t worry Johnson, I won’t call again.
