Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

My alternator just went out again and I just missed the warranty by 3 weeks. My car is inoperable and I had service done to it a year ago. Not sure if they will honor the warranty or give me a discount but I paid $1,100 to get it fixed, not to come back a year later to replace the same thing. Ended up taking my car somewhere else. Unless Conrad's wants to step up and take a look what the other mechanic is offering me and be willing to work with me with cost I would be down with that. UPDATE: I am changing my 2 stars down to 1 start after reviewing my invoice from a year ago. You guys overcharged me on a rebuilt alternator!? I can find one on Rock Auto that is brand new for the same if not less and replace it myself but I do not have a large enough garage to work on my car.

Initial Review: I'd like to first off thank one of the staff members named April at this Conrad's location I was at last night. I am still saddened how the quality of service was diminished by the manager's lack of communication towards me while I was already dealing with a very traumatic injury from a semi truck blowing its foghorn in my ear and a flat tire. April's very patient and attempted to the address the fact that I had just had a flat tire on the way to an ER in Lakewood. Hopefully when I pick up my car today it'll be a better experience and I can make a positive review update. Final Verdict: Turns out my car sat for too long and the brakes needed a bit more drive time to loosen up. Ed handled everything professionally and pickup was easy.

Friendly people. Other than that was quoted $400–$500 for a new wheel barring came to the appointment and it was $750ish. Fairly confident they stole my AirPods as well

We all know that it's very difficult to find honest and trustworthy mechanics. Here, at Conrad's, you won't find that problem. John, Brian & the rest of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable about everything and made me feel at ease. Management, if you read this, your doing a phenomenal job.

Very good experience! We ran over a metal tire on the middle of the road on the way back home today and had to call a tow truck to haul our car to the shop. We scheduled the earliest time for the same day so we can get our tire replaced. We were there right when they opened and they got us in immediately. We were out the place within an hour. They also didn’t try to sell us or convince us to do any maintenance/repair we didn’t need. We just had to replace one tire that got teared. Luckily they had the same brand we used. I thought we had to at least change a pair or all four of them. Thanks for the help today!
