Recently had my car serviced and while the work was done well and in a timely manner, some things had me feeling on guard and frustrated. First - the initial quote had a few "extra" charges on it that had I not scrutinized it so well, I would not have caught them. This "business practice" put me on guard (yet again) feeling like this dealer is trying to sneak in costs that aren't relevant. Second - when I called for the appointment - I was told there would be a loaner car as everyone in our household works. At the time I dropped off my car and AFTER I agreed to the repairs- SURPRISE! there was no loaner car which cause quite a bit of upheaval in my household for the 3 days my car was in the shop. Bottom line, there is an overall lack of trust for dealer and I will be finding another repair shop for my car.
