Worst possible experience. Ads, coupons, personnel told me they would meet or beat tire prices and I happened to have a quote from Costco. I said OK and brought my truck in a week later when the tires came in. When I was filling out my rebate, I discovered Serpentini had charged me $160 for installation, when the Costco quote specified "No charge installation." I went back to the store and the rep, Holly and the Service manager "Mo" tried to tell me for two hours that Costco didn't mean free installation. After that they insisted that they ALWAYS charge to install. I feel cheated. I told them they had lost me as a customer and "Moe" sarcastically retorted, "Well, I don't want to service you anyway!" I had bought several cars from Pat O'Brien at the same location for about 20 years. No more.

Worst service experience ever! Do not leave your vehicle here at any cost. My vehicle was dropped off on 4/3 to be repaired on 4/5. I called 5-6 times each day beginning on 4/5, each time leaving at least 1 message with Holly, my advisor. I was unable to ever get a live service rep to pick up the phone and tell me the status of my vehicle. On 4/5 after 11 phone calls, I was able to get ahold of a service rep(not mine), who told me they would email and text me the repair recommendations, but knew nothing further. He told me Holly would call me in a few minutes, but she never did. I continued making 5-6 calls each day, leaving messages for each service rep as well as the service manager, never once getting a call back. Finally, on 5/9 I was able to get ahold of Holly and was able to give the go ahead on repairs. I was told that the vehicle should be finished by end of day, and she would contact me COB. I never received a phone call that day. On 5/12, I began calling again, trying to get the status of my can to pick up. I called 13 times, leaving multiple messages. On my 13th call, I was able to get the service manager to pick up the phone. No apology was made, and Moe Woodi(service manager) argued with me and was extremely disrespectful. He informed me that my vehicle had still not been serviced and that it would be worked on 5/13, and he would call me as it was nearing being completed. On 5/13, I began calling around noon. Once again, I called 12 times, each time leaving a message before I was able to get Moe Woodi to pick up the phone. Once again, no apology was made, he simply said it was done and knew nothing else. I was able to pick up the vehicle on 5/13 at 6PM after 11 days with zero apologies and no explanations given. My wife and kids had no vehicle to get to work or school all week, and I had to make arrangements and miss work in order to accommodate. The plan was to sell the car to the dealership and buy a new SUV before the service was performed, but after that experience, I can say with 100% certainty, not only will I not buy from Chevy of Westlake, but I will never buy a Chevy again!

It would have been better, had we not been blindsided with an extra fee that our service guy was able to inform and “expertly” explain AFTER the work was done and the bill presented. He even pointed out the written statement on the far wall that was at the PAYMENT window, situated far from his check in kiosk, AGAIN, only when it was time to pay the bill. Then seemed to imply it was our responsibility to have noticed its small obscure print FROM ACROSS a 60 ft garage space. This car belongs to my autistic son. I will absolutely NOT be taking his vehicle back to Serpentini in Westlake again. If you can point out the sign after the work, when I questioned the surprise fee, then it should have been pointed out before. We had a coupon for service, this fee required us to pay half of what we “saved”. Nice move.

I think our sales rep did well, but she seemed like maybe she was a little new. After we signed the paperwork and thinking about the deal more, I feel like, maybe we didn't get everything we asked for. Payment wise we kind of did, I think they just took what our max was and then got us to that point and ignored that we asked for more on the trade. There were also a couple of comments she made that seemed a little almost unprofessional. Overall still pretty happy though
