Excellent staff and service. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I know I'm always getting a fair price with no hidden costs or unneeded work. I highly recommend Drellishak's to take great care of you and your vehicles.

I called in for a quote- need a canister purge valve replaced on my car. The woman answering the phone said she couldn’t tell me what that would cost. Huh??? She went on to say that may not be the problem (it is the problem) and that they we t to do a diagnostic first and charge for it etc. This made me feel like they were shady, trying to find stuff wrong that is not wrong. I tried to explain that I had the oil changed recently and certified mechanics already took a look and also ran the code to see what the issue was, but she kept talking in circles. I went on to call Jo Jo’s Automotive in Parma (regular shop but it’s further away) and they told me it’s $149 for part & labor. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re very knowledgeable about cars because I feel like they would take advantage otherwise.

We have serviced our Fit (90K) and Miata (30K), and always been pleased with the work. The ladies up front communicate well with us regarding the progress of the repairs, which is much appreciated. While you may have to wait a couple of days to get in, it's worth it for the quality of the service you will receive.

This place is the definition of professional quick service. I had my brake pads replaced by them and the incredible staff went so far as to repair my key fob in addition to my original service and I got a rebate on my service after I had already paid and left. 10/10 would come back again for any future repairs.

My very old vehicle was in for an oil change, and a hole was discovered in the gas tank. Jane went to great lengths to find me a replacement and the other necessary parts -- at a very reasonable cost. I've been going to Drellishaks for 15 years, and family members for 50-some years. Always, ALWAYS, we have been hugely satisfied.

Drellishak's in Rocky River was a God-send for me! While I'd never used their services before last week, my mother has been having her cars serviced there for about 40 years. I was in a pickle, stranded 35 miles away from home on Friday morning, with a car that wouldn't start... taking my cue from my mom, I called Drellishak's to ask if it would be ok to have my car towed there so they could take a look at it. I was graciously told to bring it in ASAP, and that they'd do their best to get me back on the road that same day. Well they kept their promise! They diagnosed the issue, called to give me a quote, and sent an employee to a local dealership for an authentic Hyundai starter for my Hyundai Kona, installed it, and called to tell me my car was ready to go -- all in under four hours! Car problems always seem to happen at the wrong time, but having a friendly, reputable auto repair shop that's staffed with helpful, personable employees like the folks at Drellishak's, makes all the difference! I felt the price for the repair was reasonable-- it was actually a little less than I expected. A quick Google search showed their fee to be right in the middle of "the average cost to repair a starter"... and honestly, the whole experience was an answer to prayer and therefore was priceless to me! Thank you, Drellishak's! No wonder my mom loves you guys! She's sung your praises for years, and now I know why! All the best to you!

UPDATE: As you can see the owners of this shop are rude and do not accept any sort of feedback unless it is positive. How progressive of them. The fact of the matter is I take my car to other shops and wanted to find one closer, but the way this shop cannot quote for one specific part that I want replaced is unacceptable. It is the car owners choice regarding what to do with their car. I already had a code run. This is not rocket science you are performing here, it is a simple part replacement. Jane should retire, as she seems to be the very rude curmudgeon that I spoke with that day. Peace be with you, Jane! I hope you find retirement soon so you can stop being so miserable. SHOUT OUT TO JO JO'S AUTOMOTIVE IN PARMA!!!! They have been taking excellent care of all of my families' cars since I made this post!!!!!!
