Firestone Complete Auto Care

This was actually a very nice place to go to, I had a nail in my tire of a Tesla Model Y. Nobody had space to take the car on short notice on a weekend But Firestone did. After talking to One of the representatives they took my car and it was ready within a couple of hours. I thought the price would be more, but it wasn't and everything they did was perfect. Keep up the good work!

I don’t know about other stores, but this location in Rocky River Ohio always does a great job. They do need to work a little bit on their empathy when some customers come in and are dealing with an issue with their car. Other than that, I have not had any issues and always had a good experience.

I’ve always had great service at this location, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case tonight. I arrived just before closing time, but as I approached the door, I saw the two employees locking up and walking away—10 minutes before the stated closing hour. I was hoping to pick up the tire they had replaced so I could put it on my car, but it seems like they were already closing up early.

I’m always treated like a valued customer. I’m able to get in for service when I need to and at a convenient time. I get good advice about what my vehicle needs and doesn’t need at any given point. They don’t just try to run up unnecessary costs.

Had a very sudden flat tire coming back from the West Side Market. We had a trunk full of meat! On a Saturday, they had us in and out of there 40 minutes from the time we dropped it off. We tipped them with onion rings and our meat made it home safe. These guys rock!

Excellent service at this Firestone in Rocky River, Ohio! They scheduled my appointment early in the morning, right after my phone call, ensuring I wasn’t late for work. They fixed my flat tire quickly and professionally, at a good price -- in less than an hour! Friendly staff, efficient service -- highly recommend!

I didn’t want to let bad reviews for that reason I was avoiding it. My tire had screw and the workers suggested to change all the tire because it could not repair. The screw was at the edges of the tire. I said okay please add a new tire but they didn’t say that i needed to change 2 tires or all 4. I don’t know if I am safe driving my car because I have 1 new tire and 3 old tires. I feel like my car some time slides when wind blows and when is wet and when is snow. Also they said to change the battery which in cold weather even new battery will show that it’s not working properly. In my opinion, if you have more honest workers there will be more costumers.

Firestone is extremely professional and they get me in and out so quickly. The prices are so reasonable and I'm always feeling so confident that they take good care of my car. I will always come to them for anything I need.
