Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

This was my first time at this location, bringing a fleet vehicle in for a maintenance routine check and oil change at first the facility is clean and somewhat looks professional the staff was friendly until I came across Adam. Apparently, at this location, customers that are pre selected by management Are allowed to stand by their vehicles in the shop. I was over by my car asking a couple questions to the technician and Adam decided to get a real bad attitude snapped at me and told me to step away and stop watching over the technician, I was not even nowhere near him, I was actually on the other side of the car by the fender and I told Adam that I didn’t appreciate the attitude at first I was going to rate this place a five star until I came across him and his piss poor attitude in customer service. Austin, the mechanic was amazing. He did the work got my oil changed done and the balance of the tires. Done along with a comprehensive inspection, but I didn’t not like Adam’s attitude and I don’t think I’ll come back here again because of him. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place.

Needed 2 new tires asap. Called around and this Conrad’s had the best deal, the tires in stock, and could get me in right away. Took the boys across the street to BK while they did the tires. And they were done before we got back. Super nice, professional and reasonable. Found my new go to auto shop. Boom. Cheers Conrad.

Ordered tires and scheduled to have them installed online...even called a couple hours before the appointment to verify my tires were in and ready to go ..was told YES. Show up for scheduled appointment to be told they didn't have them!!! Offered others not as good as what we ordered or we can "come back when they come in"...nope. lost a customer

I made an appointment for an oil change for my car and indicated on my reservation that I would be waiting. When I brought my car in, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait. It takes about 15 minutes to do an oil change, why would it be a 2-hour wait? Please don't have available appointments if you cannot honor them.

May as well go to Walmart. One star is twice as many as they deserve. Placed and order online for 4 new tires. Scheduled an appointment a week ahead. Got a reminder the evening before about my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early to get told they can't get the tires I ordered. The closest they can get was $300.00 more. Through the entire week nobody could call me.... This is the absolute worst customer service. Not even an apology. The Solon location lost my company business, and now the Hudson location has lost my personal business. Went to another local tire shop a mile away. Got 4 new tires at a great price in 1 hour. Found my new tire shop. Their putting tires on my wife's car next week.

I was a long time customer of Conrad but they committed fraud to me today. I was promised $60+tax for hood shocks and credit of $58.66 what I have paid for inspection. When I asked initially they agreed on that and attendant mentioned that they cannot add credit in estimate and asked me to sign 64$ estimate. I signed. Then at the time of bill, he charged me 64$ so I denied since I should get credit. They showed me my sign and forced me to pay. At the time of billing, Mr. William Kaufman was there and threatened me and raised his voice. I said I want to talk to my previous attendant who gave me estimate. That person said I am busy and very next minute, he came on the desk to attend other customer. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would never go back to Conrad anymore. I have recently changed my residence and this was first time with Conrad Hudson and will be the last one with any Conrad.

My family and I have used the Hudson Conrad’s now for years. Recently I took my car to a different Conrad’s for an oil change and was told my car had a slew of other issues with it. After a trip back for a mistake the other Conrad’s made, I was driving and my engine began smoking so I decided to take my car to the Hudson Conrad’s after my previous experience at the other branch. I must commend Rodger at the Hudson Conrad’s for being a stand up guy, great business person, and helping me reach a solution I was happy with for correcting the issues with my car. We were fed up to the point we were ready to walk out and never come back? But Rodger spent a huge chunk of his day trying to work with me to find an affordable solution and to make up for my bad experiences I had at another branch. Not only will I be back, but I truly only trust Rodger and his team to work with my vehicle from this point forward. He is a great store lead and cares about his customers.

Had a leak in my tire. Walked in without an appointment, every bay was full, many cars in the parking lot, and multiple people in the waiting room ahead of me. They said it’ll be a bit and gave me an estimate ($23). I dropped my car off—45 minutes later, received a video via text showing me the tire and what they found (nail in my tire). Another 15 minutes later (1 hour after drop-off), I got a call that my car was done and ready for pickup. Paid my $23 and picked it up with no problems!
