Insurance company recommend them. At first everything seemed okay. Then things started getting shady. Was told it’d take 2-3 weeks to get the vehicle fixed but then it turned into over a month is what they told insurance company. Thankfully it did only take about 3 weeks but once we got the vehicle back there was a new service light on that was not on before the accident or even before the vehicle was dropped off to them. Called them and had them check it out and they said they “fixed” the problem but once the guy drove the vehicle back around to the front to me the light was back on. Was then told they couldn’t do anything and I would have to take it in to the dealership. Took it to dealership who has been trying to fix it and have not been able to yet so we called Gerber back who basically told us this wasn’t their problem and that we would need to contact our insurance company and have us take it back to dealership to be fixed. Dealership is working on it but they have had to call in GM to help fix the problem which has been determined to have been caused by Gerber when they did the repairs. Going on well over a month now without my vehicle and it’s all being linked back to Gerber. Also during some further investigation into the repair of the vehicle it has been found that they forget many clips and fasteners which have had to be replaced since they failed to do it. Thanks for not taking responsibility for the problems you have caused and for returning my vehicle back to me in “better than new condition” which it was not. I do not recommend this shop and hope more people have not had the same or similar issues as we have had.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Just had my van in for a rear bumper repair to Gerber Collision. It looks new and matches the rest of the car perfectly! I have used them in the past for vehicles that have needed work. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND Gerber Collision! Great workmanship and customer service!

Previously gave a 4 star, but, on Friday, 12/20/24, I noted that the toyota emblem, on the front, bumper replaced on my Toyota Corolla, less than 2 months ago..everything appeared ok, till I had an oil change/ car wash done, at Toyota of Kent. Later, noted the toyota corolla emblem on the front of my car was missing. It should have never fallen off, being that the front bumper and toyota emblem, was supp to be newly replaced.. due to an accident, at Gerber Collision & Glass, on Hudson Drive. I called, but did not feel believed, that it was missing/or fallen off the front part of my car. Long story, called Toyota of Kent, who, i had just visited. Thurs, 12/19/24, for an oil change, and car wash. It turns out the emblem that was supposed to be brand new, had a broken screw and was missing the clamps, during auto repair, less than 2 months ago. Should have been all new parts. I decided to call, to Toyota of Kent service dept, I had just visited yesterday, hoping that they found the fallen off emblem. They stepped in to find out why the toyota emblem kept falling off...it was not properly fixed. Their service dept at Toyota, attempted to push emblem on, but it kept falling off. I asked if they could super glue it, on...said no! They took car back, to find the problem, and gladly fixed it w the missing clamps, and everything needed to fix it, the right way. Early w my call to them, offered to order and replace emblem, as necessary, thinking it was their fault, w/o a prob, but aft the car wash, they found it in the car wash. It was doomed to have fallen off, at any time, I am glad it didn't, while driving, after, maybe hitting a bump in the road. I'm glad I did not have to buy an emblem, at toyota, I was told a toyota emblem cost $400 I was told, that w the fallen off emblem, it exposed the modules which could have been bad. I was greatful...Toyota of Kent never charged me, for putting on the missing clamps, and a broken screw, to prevent it from falling off. They took care and did the fix, the same day, Friday, 20 Dec 2024. Wonderful people at Toyota of Kent, I wasn't made to feel, it was my fault, for the missing emblem fm , front of my car. What if, I did not note the emblem was missing w snow coming, that Saturday. The modules, behind missing emblem w ha w been costly. It wasn't their repair, fix, but they took care of me...no charge! Be sure, to address, any concerns aft any repair, as soon as u note it.

Excellent service by both John and Brandon. We received clear updates throughout the repair process and are very pleased with the results. We recommend choosing Gerber collision and glass in Hudson.

Gerber Collison is the best car collion specialists l hav ever seen or been to. Was in a 3 car accident, and my car was fixed in 8 days, but add the exceptional customer service by not just one person but all the team even going the extra mile it repair bumpers and the detailing. Looks like I have a brand new car! Thank you, Gerber Collison. You guys rock!

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I was quoted two weeks for repairs and they had my vehicle for over a month. As my rental car coverage was about to run out, time was closing in fast and I needed my vehicle back. After receiving my repaired vehicle, I noticed there was damage that was not there previously, including a ten inch scratch in my windshield (they blamed this on cold weather, which was the lamest excuse ever) and two plastic parts hanging down dragging on the road. Listen, we’re adults here. Let’s own up to our mistakes and have some accountability for what happened to my car. So then I had to waste more time and energy driving back to have them replace the windshield and fix the under shield of my car. If you have a choice, please don’t choose here

First time here and everything went smoothly for my windshield and auto repair. Great communication keeping me in the loop and they went above and beyond taking care of some other issues for me. Got my car back and looked so brand new that I almost didn’t want to drive it. Will be using them in the future for my auto repair needs.
