Valvoline Instant Oil Change

EDIT: they immediately rectified the situation - we brought the car in and they washed everything clean. The manager that called me came to our house to clean off the driveway and do a treatment and came back again to wipe away. I do really appreciate th fixing this situation. They have been good to us with that and all other times. Got an oil change here a few days ago and they either didn't put the dipstick in all the way or something made it pop out but it wasn't in right. So then I have oil ALL OVER MY CAR OVER EVERYTHING. my car is smoking and smells horrible. On Christmas Day as soon as I get to my family's house. I've just put $2,000 into this car and it's running perfectly and they do this. Now I'm worried about our belts with oil getting all over everything. I'm extremely upset and didn't realize something as simple as an oil change could go so wrong. We usually go to our mechanic but they were booked out. Never coming here again unless they can figure out how to make this right. They specialize in oil changes and I really thought I could trust them with that?? Apparently not. Now, I have window wiper issues in addition (I'm guessing something is covered In oil related to that and is making it crazy) I just can't believe this. Driving home on Christmas night writing this with my whole engine bay covered in oil and my windshield wipers only work on full blast. Edited to add the next day: both sides of my family let us know there's a big oil spot where we parked and and saw a spot in our driveway which is literally 2 months old, brand new entire driveway. Thanks. What a nightmare Also added more pictures where you can the dipstick was put in backwards and not fully pressed in.

Good people and 90% great service. I took one car there a few months ago bc I couldn’t use my lift in my garage. Just raised the car to do my own oil change and 9 of the under tray bolts were never reinstalled or hand tighten and they all fell off. Lucky none of you get to look under your car

5+ oil changes at this specific location and always in and out super quickly. Never had any issues, coupons always on Valvoline website for 10-20$ off. Service is professional, every staff that has serviced my truck has been great. Highly recommended

I had a great experience at this Valvoline location! The team was incredibly fast—I got my oil changed in less than 5 minutes. On top of that, they went the extra mile by refilling some fluids and checking on things that looked like they needed fixing, all at no extra charge. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and affordable. Definitely the best oil change experience I’ve had!

First, I've always have had a good experience at this location, the staff is friendly, prompt, and professional. However, this time, I had a question out of the normal operations about my radio no working after replacing my battery. The gentlemen leading the team on my car did not brush the question off. He did the opposite and told me to hang on while he did a little research. In the amount of time it took to get the oil change, he was able to research, run through a few different options to fix the issue, and ultimately was successful! It is folks with a can-do attitude and a focus on customer service that make any organization successful. I was grateful that he tried without knowing if he'd be able to fix it or not, and the fix was icing on the cake. This team/location, gets the job done and gets taking care of the customer, way to go!
