I had an EXCELLENT experience here with Justin and Chase. Both gents were phenomenal. Justin actually called me BACK and was super helpful in explaining how everything works. They service my company vehicle and I won't go anywhere else now. It has been a long long time since I've felt so appreciated and cared-for like I did with Justin and Chase. Truly amazing customer service. Thank you for a great experience and look forward to coming back!!

We had a scheduled appointment for 10am, ordered tires ahead of time, the correct size. Called at 130 and was informed that they hadn’t even started but my car was next. Got a call at 330 stating we ordered the wrong size tires (which we didn’t), my husband told them that we did not, informed them that this is a bit ridiculous because regardless, we dropped the car off 5.5 hours ago and we are just now being called about anything. The guy told my husband to just come get it, my husband told him that we would not be doing that because they have had the car all day, we ordered tires, and they needed to get it done. He asked when it would be done and if they even had time today at this point and the guy said “oh it’ll only take an hour.” As if this isn’t ridiculous enough, I then went to pick up the car (at 430) with my husband and my car would not start. I went in and the guy just walked out to my car, got a tech, walked back in, and I had to ask why it is that my car will now not start. He said “probably because the battery is dead”. I was livid at this point and walked out and drove away. My car doesn’t recognize a tire even on one side and shows no tire pressure. I didn’t bother letting them fix it because at this point I don’t trust them at all. Completely awful experience that will now cost more money.

Had a break down on the highway, found the closest place for a tow. What a blessing, Devon and handled our repair. And gave us a very fair price. Their a couple hours from us, but we will be using them again! Highly recommended!

Justin was very helpful in explaining info about the services I wanted and went above and beyond to get my car's spark plugs delivered during my visit, which saved me from having to make another appointment. Plus the service on my car was done in a timely manner. Thank you

They were polite, informative and complete. Justin and his mechanic took the time to explain things that Chapel Hill did not. They pointed out things that I already knew about on my own, which was appreciated. They balanced my wheels with the new Firestone tires correctly the very first time as this was the fourth time it was attempted. Chapel Hill did it 3 times and pushed me off on either Hudson or Kent. I chose Hudson and I'm glad I did. I will not be returning for any reason to the Chapel Hill location. No disrespect intended. They were polite, but 3 times? That's hours out of my work day to have this addressed.

Update 5/4, it has been a week since I posted this review and the business was very quick to post this message saying that they wanna look into it. This is just their way of trying to get customers to think the business actually cares about their customer service. This business has no integrity whatsoever, there are plenty of other tire shops around, go there instead you won't regret it. Brought my car in to have all four tires replaced. After the service, I noticed a fresh and very visible scratch across one of my rims — damage that absolutely wasn’t there beforehand. When I brought it up at the store, I was told it was “old curb rash", which is completely untrue. Curb rash wouldn'l look so precise as is the damage on the rim

Dealership told me I needed new brakes but they don't do them on Saturdays. So I took the car to Firestone. They were completely honest about the fact that my brakes are actually in great shape. They could have taken a lot of money from me and didn't!! Highly recommend!

Their staff were very nice but they didn't fix the issue I had with my car that they said they fixed. Due to them not fixing the issue with my car, I almost crashed and since I was going about 70mph I would have most certainly died. They absolutely cheated me and will likely do the same to you. I wouldn't reccomend going here if you actually need something fixed.

I had a great experience getting my rear brakes and calipers changed. My car is driving like it should again! Justin and team were very helpful and cooperative, can recommend.
