The repair did not take a very long time to be completed once it was started, however it does not seem like the greatest job was done either. (After being in a front end collision) I now have to open and close the hood quite a few times (5-7 on average) for the car to register that the hood is actually closed, and you really have to slam it closed with a LOT more force than should be necessary. After taking the front bumper off of the car, I have discovered that things seem to have just been repaired using whatever random bolts and screws were lying around the shop, and there are push clips pushed into random holes where bolts should be that are holding nothing. Oh, and the front fog light grille pieces are hot glued into place, instead of just being held in by the clips that are supposed to hold them.

Had a front end collision happen to my 2013 FRS and they did a fantastic job replacing everything and fixing the awful front wiring job from the previous owner. Everything looks amazing and they were extremely communicative about the whole process. Thank you so much guys!

Absolutely awful! The worst experience and the worst repair job I have ever had. The staff is very rude. They don’t return calls or update you on status of your parts or repairs etc. They are very rude when you walk in. The vehicle looks like a train wreck after repairs and is not even cleaned as you can see in pictures. I don’t trust they fixed anything properly. If what you can see when you just walk up to the car looks so bad I can only imagine what it looks like where you can’t see under body panels etc. No follow up! I will be posting on all review sites and social media platforms as well as my insurance company’s review page.

Hudson Collision Center was very precise in communicating with me that they needed time to get the parts in for fixing my Mercedes. This communication was followed up with a phone call to bring the car in. I brought it in, received great services at the front desk, left the car and 5 days later the car was fixed perfectly. An extra bonus was that they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. I got first rate service and the quality of their repairs was outstanding. Job well done.

We just had a small repair, the rocker molding piece was detached and my wife was confident I couldn't fix it. She stopped in to Hudson Auto Collision and they took a quick look, had the clips needed and fixed it right on the spot! Not the most technical repair, but certainly fantastic customer service! Much appreciated!

Honest review the shop is very informative and does nice work, but you can have parts taken from your car that you will need to replace at your expense. Had my front driver's door repaired. The shop had it for around a week and I received updates regularly. I went to pick up my car and not a mile down the road I realized my rear wiper blade was missing. So I went back to the shop. The owner stated the clip on my wiper arm was broken that is why I don't have a wiper blade anymore. Quoted me just under $100 to fix it. I took the wiper arm into auto zone where I purchased it two months prior. They confirmed nothing had been broken. Could be a honest mistake, but I would try a different body shop first before going here.

This place has really gone down hill. They recently replaced my bumper after being backed in to. The bumper does not look good, doesn't seem to be put back in the correct position and the paint splattered in areas. Really seems like they cut corners for the highest profit margin. The customer service was rude and inconsiderate when called to discuss the issue. I would recommend looking else where for damage repair.

Went to Hudson Collision Center for some paint scraps, some scratches and a dent on the Ford Fusion. They did an excellent job of fixing the issues, in short amount of time. Will definitely go back to them for any future repairs that might come up! Thanks Again!
