Collision Center of Lancaster

On 2-1-24 I was involved in an accident where I was sitting at a traffic light that was red, and was hit from behind. I contacted a popular collision center and was told they were not interested in fixing my car. I called BOB BOYD COLLISION CENTER, spoke with Raphaela, who is the kindest person in the world, and immediately felt my car was in the best hands possible. From the moment I dropped my car off, until I picked it up, Raphaela kept me up to date, and was reassuring and even got something out of my car for me that I had forgotten. She is an amazing person and will assist you with your collision recovery needs. If I ever have to choose a collision center again. My FIRST CALL WILL BE TO RAPHAELA at BOB BOYD COLLISION CENTER.

My wife struck a deer with her 2019 Ram Laramie, Bob Boyd did an exceptional job repairing the damage and putting the truck back into a like new condition. Will at Bob Boyd did a very good job of communicating with both the insurance company and us on updates on the repair. When hidden damage was found and the repair took longer than planned due to the current problems getting parts. They were kind enough to give us a loaner when our insurance loaner ran out. They were very easy to deal with and did a excellent job on the repair including the front end sensors. I would highly recommend Bob Boyd to anyone who needs body work done.

The staff at bob boyd collision are great! Had a bad scrape on my ram from a fence and took it to them, well they found additional supplements and when they told me it was going to be longer than expected they put me into a rental car until everything was done the right way! Will definitely use this body shop again if I have too! Thank you again to the staff at bob boyd collision.

This was one of the least customer service oriented businesses I’ve ever dealt with. Had our jeep grill and bumper repaired after a very minor incident that occurred while we were parked. Another vehicle bumped us. So took it to the dealership to have it repaired right. 5 weeks later and still not fixed right. They billed insurance for replacement parts when they admitted to repairing them and not using a replacement grill. They Couldn’t explain the invoice. And ‘Rafaela’ was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Said it “wasn’t her job” to do repairs or order parts or inspect. She only does the numbers, but she couldn’t explain the numbers and got frustrated and said “I don’t know” and basically threw the invoice back at me across the desk. They have to order more parts because clips were broken from initial incident and they failed to notice the bumper flapping around and unsecured. What a joke. No quality control. No customer service. Will never have my business again. Period.
