The absolute best. Tire service was $100 lower than the competitors and included alignment that the other can’t do. People are extremely friendly. I have no need to go elsewhere.

I’ve taken my car here twice for a routine oil change. Both times I’ve had issues. The first time they aired all 4 tires incorrectly and lost 2 valve caps. This time, they turned off my liftgate so I couldn’t open the hatch. I didn’t know it was powered off in the glove compartment at first and returned for them to fix it and was treated like I was stupid—it couldn’t possibly be them, they would have no reason to even mess with the hatch. And yet here we are with it powered off. They don’t know what they’re doing for the simplest of services. Save yourself the aggravation.

We service a CRV that my wife got here. Always get scheduled within a few days, prices are fair compared another dealership I bought an Accord at.

Had shocks changed in August after purchasing from another dealer. Service tech told me in December that I still had original shocks on and they were leaking and recommended me changing them. I contacted the service shop that supposedly changed them in August and they did, in fact, put new shocks on my vehicle. Had to go to a second service shop to finally get told the truth that my shocks were not leaking and were, in fact, new. These people are shameful liars.

Not Happy had my car for just over a year, everything went wrong at once took it onto the Service Dept. ended up costing me $ 500 , nothing was covered under warranty claimed it was all caused by bad gas How is that my fault buying bad gas that their cheap car couldn't supposedly take, I think I was robbed, I've had more problems with this car than any I've owned. Third service visit in a year I think it's a lemon, I'll never own another Honda ! Can we all say Lemon.
