This is the best tire shop ever. I bring all my vehicles into these guys. They are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and understanding. They try to work within your budget to make your vehicle as safe as they can. They truly go the extra mile and whoever owns the store in Lancaster ohio should give all of the a bonus. If it wasn't for the group of men you have at this location, I would have maybe checked other places. It's because of them I just come in without calling around

I was able to get in and get my tire fixed the next day. Alex M. Was very helpful and friendly. Gave me all my options and quote on new tires. They were very timely amd efficient.

The service was great and helped my wife and I out of a jam on a holiday weekend. I explained the time crunch I was in, and their staff helped repair my tire just before closing time and I was in and out in about 30 minutes max. Can't express how thankful I am for their willingness to help me out.

My experience was great at NTB. Alex saved the day, I had hit a pot hole on my way home from work and I was worred that it was going to cost a fortune to repair from how bad it was vibrating. Not only was it very affordable they got me up and running in 30 mins. In very grateful and will be reffering all my friends and family. Thanks Alex and all of NTB

In July I got all four tires on my Chevy Traverse replaced. Service was great. Turnaround was quick. Overall great experience. Fast forward to this weekend I walk out of the hospital with my 3 year old to a flat tire. Security was able to fill up my tire to get us out of the hospital but my tire wouldn’t hold air. Called NTB since they did a great job replacing the tires and they got us in right away. They were able to patch my tire and get us on our way in 30 minutes. So thankful for the amazing team there and them being able to turn around our crappy week. Will definitely be coming back to this shop. Highly recommend.

Alex was awesome! He was worried they wouldn't be able to patch my tire because a nail had gone through it at an angle, but they made it work! He was super nice and helpful and i really appreciated not being forced to buy a whole new tire. He also gave me a mozzarella stick 😋 it was delicious. Thank you!!

My father and brother recommended these guys to me after I noticed my tire leaking. Despite not making an appointment they managed to fit me in on the spot and gave me a good price too. I'll definitely go back if I need some work done on my car again.

Alex and the crew here are phenomenal and super nice guys! Kept me informed throughout and got the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this NTB to anyone. Definitely will be back!

Amazing service! Went in cause I had a haunch there was a nail in my tire and Alex super nice listened to my concerns turns out there was they patched it up for me and took very good care of my tire beyond 5 stars I recommend comming here for your tire needs!!! Super fast amazing service thank you again Alex!
