Incredible service!! Ryan and his team were amazing. I can鈥檛 even begin to describe how awesome this place is; about two years ago my hvac went out in my Jeep Grand Cherokee & at the time we lived in Nashville. We took the car two three different auto repair shops and they all gave us different verdicts and charged us hundreds of dollars for doing absolutely nothing. One place even said it was some electrical problem that was going to cost us $3,000 so we ordered the part ourselves & replaced it and it didnt work at all. We gave up after a year of wasting money and we moved to Lancaster (in October with no functional air conditioning 馃槄). We needed the car for a roadtrip so I decided to give a Jeep dealership a shot even if it costed me since we were desperate this time. I called during lunchtime and left a message then I was called back within an hour (which is fantastic turn around time especially considering a jeep dealership we called in Antioch TN never answered out of the 12 times we tried all on different days & times). Ryan was able to get my jeep in the next day (also incredible timing). After having the car for about an hour he called with the problem, the solution, and the cost and all three were spot on. The cost was way below what i wouldve expected from a dealership, the fix was accurate and as soon as the part arrived it was installed and we were able to pick up our jeep in time for our trip. 15/10 we will definitely be coming here for all services moving forward!!

Stopped in last Saturday just TO LOOK not ready to buy, which I told the sales guy. On Monday got a phone call wanting to know if I wanted to see anything specific and to please stop in so they can give me an estimate on my trade. Told her, not really interested that i was just killing time when I stopped in. Tuesday called again, could not answer left no message. Today called a 3rd time. Told them to stop calling me that even if I was interested I would never be back because of the constant phone calls. Sorry dudes probably would have shopped local and went with you but your way to pushy, complete turn off!

I'm 34 and this was my first time ever taking my vehicles to a dealership for work. I've always heard dealerships in general try to rip you off on service, but I had a couple recalls on my cars so I figured I'd give it a try. My wife's explorer recall went fine. My fusion did not. It was an airbag replacement. When I picked the car up the next day, my sync and Bluetooth didn't work at all. It was like they were never there. I was pretty upset since I exclusively listen to music on my phone through Bluetooth, and I had never had any trouble with it driving 2 hours a day for 15 months that I've owned this car. I called and left a message since they were gone for the day. They never returned my call so I called again the next day. The service advisor was immediately combative and denied any possibility that they could be responsible for the problem my car was having. I told him there was no was they WEREN'T responsible given the fact that I never had a problem until they worked on it. He said I could bring it in and he'd have them look at it, but was persistent that it couldn't have been anything they did because he'd "done hundreds of these and never had an issue". I was at work so I had my wife and step daughter drive the car in. The same guy immediately started giving my wife the same story. Finally he paged the technician who performed the work. He (the tech) immediately knew what happened; he forgot to reconnect the wiring harness for the sync module. I'm not even remotely mad about the Tech's mistake. It was an honest mistake and he owned up to it and fixed it quickly. I am however disgusted by the behavior of the service advisor. There is no doubt in my mind that had there been a serious issue and a less honest technician, I would have ended up paying to fix their mistake. I feel bad for people who are less aggressive and confident than myself when dealing with these people. I'm sure there have been many instances when they have taken advantage of someone who trusted them. This is definitely a "buyer beware" establishment and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend letting them mess up your car. You can bet if one of my vehicles has another recall, I'll be driving out of town to a different Ford dealer.
