Rear bumper needed replaced with trunk lid adjusted~bolts missing with bumper replacement rear body/frame work not even pulled out just threw the bumper over to replace. Oh, dont forget while purposely not applying any bolts on the right side rear, check photos. Front bumper replacement resulted in hood strut being glued if you could imagine a day later it’s fallen off. Front fender pushed out in a front end collision ruled not fixable must have happen from a side collision like the fender wouldn’t be bolted to the bumper, though a favor to realign.Also resulted in bolts not even being tight allowing the fender to still move. All the bolts holding the new radiator in are loose not even close to being tight resulting in vibration and noise while a/c runs or car starts. Images speak for themselves showing rear bumper meeting rear quarters not even close to being aligned. This place should be inspected on every repair resulting in plenty of unhappy costumers. The front desk lad swears they know what they are doing as they’ve been in business many years as she’s screaming at me asking if I have pictures before the accident😂 it’s a new car no I don’t have pictures besides for your shat work. Her words alone speak for the work you shall receive as new cars are never aligned or have fenders meeting doors that have the same gap in between for alignment. Don’t forget to see the picture of the rear bumper where it almost pushes into my trunk lid from not even being pushed into the fastener underneath I can only imagine will not fit due to rear body not being pulled back out or painted I must add. Disgrace I’m not sure there’s a chance for another body shop to top this disrespect. The last pictures show driver side barely having any gap while sticking out away from the body you’d swear it was a quarter slot machine entry when it should be aligned with my door. Along with under the rear bumper how the body is still smashed in from the rear collision which explains why one bolt picture you can see threads as the other your not. Also pay attention to “new parts” yet the threads for the bolt that was not bolted in shows rust and smeared threads from collision. All wrote as replaced and fixed correctly 😂🤣✌️🤮
