Discount Tire

I ordered new tires, set up an appointment for 5pm and they got my taken care of quickly. The distributor sent them the wrong tire, they called and told me they had to others that were an upgrade for no extra charge for the convenience. Great customer service...will use them again.

I took a tire to get a valve stem fixed. They were busy, so I agreed to come back later. After leaving my tire there for over two hours, I returned expecting it to be fixed. However, when I asked the guy, he told me that no one had touched my tire yet. A bit frustrated, I waited for him to take a look. He took the tire to the bay where I couldn't see him. In less than 10 minutes, he returned and said it was good to go, but also mentioned that my tire would need to be replaced soon. When I went over to the truck and inspected the stem, I found it dirty and upon closer examination, I could still hear it leaking. I was very disappointed with the service. It seemed like all they wanted to do was sell me a tire, and they were not honest with me. It's unacceptable, whether it's free or not. I would have preferred to pay to get it fixed the first time and not have to wait two plus hours. I took it to another place and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Yes, I did pay, but it was worth every penny. In conclusion, I will never shop here again and I will advise others against going to this terrible tire store.

I went to three other service centers prior to Discount tire in hopes of getting my tire repaired, all were either to busy to help me or just wanted to sell me a tire, the staff at Discount tire greeted me immediately despite being busy, and they fit me in to service my car right away, unlike the others they treated my issue at once and I didn't have to wait hours just to be seen, I appreciate good service and will be coming back for any future issues.

I drove all the way from the West coast to visit family for the holidays. Along the way, I plugged a tire from a screw puncture. Upon arriving here in Lancaster, I wanted to get it patched for the long drive back. Instead of doing this simple fix, they came at me with a bullshit attempt to sell me a new tire. To make matters worse, they were also condescending about my ask, pretending that my request was unreasonable. Ended up going down the street to NTB and not only did they patch it as I asked for, they also did it quickly and FOR FREE as a nice Christmas gesture!

After experiencing tumultuous service at the E Broad St location regarding our four month old tires that we have under warranty (won't go into details about that here), we decided to call the Lancaster location to get assistance and a second opinion. I talked with Justin at the Lancaster location about our issue with the tire pressure valves tearing on our tires. I requested to have them replaced with metal tire pressure valves, and he agreed to do so at no charge! He requested a new tire to be sent to his store from another location to replace one of our tires that had gone flat. I had to wait a while for it to be delivered but that was out of his control. He replaced our one tire that was flat, along with replacing all the tire pressure valves with metal ones. He did not charge me for any of that work!!! Very satisfying experience with this shop. We will be coming here for our tire work from now on. This Lancaster location is highly recommended!!!

Got some new hubcaps for my car and didn’t have the right tools. Brought them and my car in and they put those on and rotated my tires. BEST TIRE COMPANY EVER! Used them in TX and up here in OH. Won’t ever go to any other company.

Discount Tire in Lancaster Ohio got the job done installing 38” tires on our Jeep Gladiator. Justin met us in the parking lot to get us checked in. Less than a hour from check in until we were leaving. Very professional & friendly stuff. Will definitely recommend & be a repeat customer! Thanks again!!!!

brought my Subaru in to have new tires installed. The work was done on time in less than 45 minutes. Tires were properly balanced, etc. a few weeks later I brought my truck in to have two new front tires installed and again they were on time, while organized, and it’s clear that their employees know how to balance and install tires properly. great experience.
