Classic Custom Collision

I was reffered to this shop by a towing employee. When i saw how small the shop was it caused my first concern. The communication with the owner was decent in the beginning. They requestion that i get an estimate from a shop they recommended which cause my second concern. But i put them off because the owner assured me they would help me save money on the fix. The etimate from the shop they recommended was 3k more than an estimate i received from a previous shop. The owner continued to assure me they would save me money. The etimate from the recommendes shop caused alot of confusion with my insurance. They were not contacting Classic custom collisions for the fix even though i gave CcC my insurance agent contact to update my file and communicate with them directly. My insurance deemed the estiamted fix too much and totaled out my car. I let the owner know and asked to come to the shop to get my personnel items before the car was picked up. At that point i received no more communication no matter how many times i called. I wasnt able to get my personal items before the car was sent to an auction yard. I am only grateful for the owner helping me with my rental dates for the insurance company. But i would not have needed it as long if there wasnt so much confusion with the estimates and insurance communication. Do not recommend
