To be honest, the hospitality, friendliness, and customer service needs a lot of work. Even with text message communication, the professionalism, respect, and appeal needs a great revamping. I did not feel valued or welcomed by most of that communication I received whatsoever. Your company is providing a service that can be provided by numerous others and people have chosen to utilize your company to provide assistance with their needs. Customer courtesy is a must and consumers need to feel that they are treated fairly and with the utmost respect. I found the interactions to be rude, offensive, overbearing, and unnecessary. When I came in person and provided my feedback, the story changed from one of the persons responsible for the unprofessionalism. It was too late by then, the damage was done. In researching, locals and others visiting have experience the same type of customer service. Do Better!!
