I was in the Redsprings, NC location. I had lost my receipt for item I purchase, Jessica and Arleen, were the best! They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my returns and got the part i needed. They didn't have to do what they did. It was the best experiance with Auto Zone ever. Redsprings, NC Auto Zone has 2 of the best employees (Jessica and Arleen), ever, they need a raise. Wonderful experience. Shout to JESSICA AND ARLEEN. HAVE A GREAT DAY GIRLS!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience, the store manager Jessica was a delight to be around and was more than helpful with my issue, she even allowed her employee Justin to come to my house and fix my issue which was get into my vehicle that I could not do and program the new key fob I purchased to the car. I had an amazing experience shopping at this location and will definitely be returning in the future.
