Byers Toyota Service Center

Absolutely wonderful experience. Gynnae, my wonderful service advisor, did an absolutely awesome job keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with my vehicle and listening to my needs and concerns. The technician Tom found out what the problem was after several other shops couldn’t figure it out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Hands down the best Toyota dealer and service department around. My car will be going back for any service needs in the future.

Tara is awesome. She is knowledgeable and walks you through each of the services. She doesn’t pressure but provides detailed explanations. The service is quality and timely. I truly enjoy getting my Toyota serviced at Byers Toyota. In 5 years haven’t had a bad experience.

People in the Service Department are friendly and helpful. Several times they have fixed minor problems on my '08 Lexus RX at NO charge. Byers' shop rate is not cheap but techs fix things correctly. And in the lounge there's a great coffee machine!

I highly recommend the service department at Byers Toyota in Delaware, OH. The service technician kept me updated throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, my Rav 4 was part of the recalled vehicles for defective air bags. I appreciate the dedication of the entire staff. More importantly, I appreciate having a completely safe vehicle to drive!

The service staff are always very courteous and accommodating. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Don't waste your money by taking your vehicle anywhere else. Nothing but 5 stars every visit!

Friendly staff and professional. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to return. My two complaints are I received five reminders of my appointment in two and a half day time period. This was very annoying. One reminder the day before the appointment would have been sufficient. The other was receiving a text to review the recommendations. I feel this should be done one on one to make it more personal. Tony was the service representative and he was very nice and great to deal with. Other than those concerns, everything was good.

Kyle Cain at Byers Toyota was a pleasure to deal with. I had an excellent experience from start to finish! Great communication and always made himself available, even on his days off. I was buying from out of state and they were able to handle all of my requests with ease. I never felt any pressure and they exceeded my expectations. I would happily buy from them again.

My service rep was Scott and he was knowledgeable and pleasant. My car was done in the amount of time he predicted, so I was very satisfied. I would have liked being able to go to my club meeting while the car was being serviced, but was advised by the person I made the appointment with that Byers only provides the drop off service for 3 hours or greater appointments. I can understand that, so I'm just saying its would have been nice.

Service department was great with repairing my Prius, the staff kept me updated on progress and were courteous. Definitely will use again when needed. Called and they had it scheduled the same day, had it towed in and, took about a week to get back. Toyota covered to cost of the inverter repair under a customer satisfaction program.

Tony, in the Byers Toyota Service Dept, always provides us with the best customer service experience every time! Tony is excellent, thorough, reliable, reasonable, & efficient! We’ve been bringing our Toyota there since 2009! The Auto-Mechanic Technicians do excellent work! Byers Toyota Service Center is trustworthy & the best!
