Victor was impeccable! Walked in to get a tire plugged and he professionally and kindly made me aware of Walmarts policies and told me he can’t plug it. Showed me tire options and never pressured me to buy anything. I went through with the purchase but they did not have the tire in stock due to a computer issue. Victor quickly fixed the issue ordered me a new tire that was cheaper than the first option. Definitely a great man and mechanic takes pride in his job and helping other to his best ability.

Let's just say I had a day...I came in for a tag screws and asked if I had the right ones the auto guy not only checked but put it on for me thank you!he happened to be handsome too

I went to the Delaware Walmart Tire and Lube first on 9/17/2016, I asked questions and got a quote for tire replacement. I made an appointment for 9am on 9/18/2016 to have my tires replaced. I arrived early and waited for the shop to open at 9am. Once the doors were open I went inside. A gentleman walked in the same time, without an appointment, for the same service. The service worker took the walk in prior to my appointment. I watched as other men were serviced before other female customers as well. I was told my car was still going to be serviced first, but that was not the case. Several walk-in oil changes were taken while my car sat without an technician working on it, even though I arrived first AND had an appointment. The male walk-in customer even stated he was embarrassed that his car was being serviced before mine. He made a similar comment to the clerk. The male customer was finished and out the door 45 minutes before my car was done. I was at the shop for 2 hours. An 11am, male appointment arrived and his keys were handed directly to the technician. At this point, I made sure to express that it was unacceptable that my appointment time was not honored like the 11am MALE customer's appointment. The clerk then proceeded to blame the female technician for the delay on my car and stated the MALE technician was faster. My question is, "Why didn't he get the appointment services then over walk-in services". I will never return to the Delaware Tire and Lube for any service and will not recommend this facility to anyone.

Went at 10 am to get my oil changed not a car or customer in sight 3 employees are outside smoking and 3 more inside doing nothing leaning against walls talking. As I was then told that appointments come first and there was one coming in half an hour and that I wouldn’t be able to get in until “way later”. With no customers in sight. There’s no reason my oil couldn’t have gotten changed with one appointment in the next hour. What a joke and will never attempt to get anything done here again. Walmart losing business due to straight up LAZY PEOPLE!!

Scheduled an appointment online for Sunday at 5 pm. They called and said they close at 5 and can I come in at 3:30. Sure. I drop off my car. Over an hour later, they call and tell me they don't have the tool to take the tires off my car. Walmart doesn't carry the tool, so I go to AutoZone and buy it. They say it's the wrong size. I reschedule, since they're closing. I reschedule during the week and Google says auto service center is open until 7, I get off 4:30 so I scheduled for 5 pm, and again they call to say they close at 5 pm ON A TUESDAY and can I come in earlier. So I leave work early and I go back with the right tool in the right size. Then they tell me they don't want to do it because they couldn't get the valve stem covers off and they're afraid they'll ruin something on the wheel. All in all, including the time I had to take off work to accommodate their hours, I wasted... No, THEY wasted over three hours of my time and did NOTHING.

I brought in my old car and they had a filter in stock and helped me pick oil since I'm between mechanics atm. The guys in the shop took great care of my car and me, and it was a really pleasant experience.

Called yesterday 4/5 to get 4 tires mounted on 4/6. The guy I spoke to on the phone said they don’t do appointments and to just bring my car in between 8-5. My husband brought the car in and they told him he had to schedule an appointment and they couldn’t do it today 4/6. That’s confusing? Also note there were no cars in the shop or waiting and all the workers were just messing around the office.
