My parents needed a new battery and they were charged $149 for the battery and another $229 in labor. Then they tried to sell them on another $2100.00 for additional things they didn't need. Very poor customer service.... trying to ripoff the elderly

We were in a pinch and James in service got the vehicle in and completely taken care of for us on very short notice. Drew & Connor in parts were also extremely helpful with some time sensitive parts. They were able to track down parts that I wasn’t able to find available online (or anywhere else) and had them to me promptly. Top notch customer service all around and a team that goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of!

I have had several poor experiences at Chesrown with their service department and will do my best to find help elsewhere in the future. It's frustrating, because it is the most convenient place for me, but I can't continue there. I have had issues with lack of response on how service was going on two separate occasions in the past two years where I was told the car would be ready in a day or two that turned into a week on both occasions. I have had to bring it back in within a month to fix issues with leaking fluids that were not fixed the first time. I had an issue with billing where I would have paid almost $200 dollars over what I should have been charged if I hadn't spoken up for myself. To his credit, the service manager was quick to fix it and apologetic, but it seemed poor that I had to bring up the issue or else I would have just had to pay it. Most recently, I brought the car in for an oil change and a minor routine maintenance repair with replacing spark plugs and they found an issue with the ignition coil. $600 later, the attendant pulled my fixed car up to return it to me, and the service warning light was on because the rear driver's side tire still needed air. I knew that when I dropped it off and just assumed the little stuff like that would be fixed as well. Just fill it up. I received a service report showing that a multi-point inspection had been performed and that all the basic things had been checked as good to go. I couldn't believe someone would literally drive my "repaired" car to me out of the shop with a service light still on! And for air in the tires! That should be the easiest thing to fix. The lack of attention to detail is too much for me, and I will not be back if I can help it. Don't know exactly where I'm going to go, but I'll drive farther to get better service.

Great experience here with my Yukon. They went above and beyond to get to the bottom of an odd issue. Never once did they doubt what I described and in the end got it fixed and corrected. Thank you!!

Terrible service. Made an appointment to have my BCM programmed. Explained to the tech over the phone exactly what I wanted and they said no problem, bring it in. Brought it in and suddenly they can't do it. I was understandably upset after waiting 90 minutes but the advisor informed me that the people answering the phones can't know stuff about servicing vehicles so it's not their fault. I feel like the people answering phones should know what they're talking about, so that was a weird issue. Will not use this Dealer again since their workers do not understand the stuff they are working with.

Advisors need to be trained on warranty claims. Was in for warranty work on my CPO 2022 Silverado. The advisor argued with me multiple times that it was out of warranty. I knew it wasn’t but finally got tired of arguing. Called Chevrolet and sure enough, it’s still under warranty. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with service at Chesrown.

I bought a truck from Chesrown because it had great google reviews and the lifetime powertrain warranty aslong as you service through them. After an accident I took it in to get looked at and have new tires put on. After buying the new tires they said the truck was good to go all clear. The next day the wheel is crocked, so I bring it back on my day off. "That's weird, sorry it was out of alignment but its fixed now". Not even a week later its worse than ever before so I bring it in again. Now it has a broken ball joint so I pay and get it fixed. I pick my tuck up and the wheel isn't even straight leaving the dealership lot..... I called immediately and they said they will call me tomorrow. The people are very nice and the facility looks great but the service work and attention to detail just doesn't seem to match. If you are just going to get your oil changed to keep your warranty I think they are fine but Its hard to recommend them to anyone right now. I will update if anything changes.
