We made it home safe!!!! A massive shout-out to Kevin and Shane at True Choice in Delaware, Ohio! While on vacation, our car's brakes decided to give out on us - scary!! However, Kevin and Shane went above and beyond to save the day. On a busy Saturday, they did everything in their power to help us. Kevin scoured high and low for the necessary part, but unfortunately, none were available until a shipment came in. Despite this setback, both Kevin and Shane kept our spirits high with their genuine kindness and positivity. They had us all fixed up and back on the road by Monday, allowing us to safely return to Muskegon, Michigan. Their honesty, dedication, and professionalism were nothing short of amazing. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and support, and we highly recommend True Choice for anyone in need of reliable and genuine mechanics. Kevin and Shane, you are true heroes!

One of the best service experience I have ever had. I was traveling through the area and had a large nail in my tire. They went out of their way to quickly fit me in and then would not charge me for the fix. If I lived near here I would take all my vehicles here. They clearly cared and and were genuine. Thank you!

They took me in to fix my flat tire even tho they were wicked busy! Kevin and the lady at the desk talked to me and were pleasant. I was so glad they could fix my tire and they didn't charge me anything! It made my day! Even the guy who patched my tire was respectful and friendly! I was very pleased with this garage!

Woke up to a flat tire from a nail on a day I needed to visit family two hours away. I went in with a picture of my tire and they had me in and out the door in under 30 minutes. Super nice, great service, they understood the assignment -12/10.

I can't say enough about this place. Wonderful people, wonderful service. Unmatched. Thank you. Thank you for taking care of my suburban and making my week not as bad.
