For a bunch of old men who you would think would have their act together. Are the absolute worst I will never do business with these people again they can keep the money that they have already charged me and because they didn't give me a receipt because there's just stupid. Never again. They are so unorganized they put me on hold for 5 minutes after I took the screenshot I told them that I was on hold for 5 minutes and they put me on hold again very unprofessional

i went to napa to find a part for my 34 year old work truck. They didnt have the part however, matt the TSM took the time to make the part using two similar parts. It was impressive that they cared about my situation and took the time to help me out.

on hold for 30 minutes. hung up and a called back and they answered then on hold for another 10 mins to find out when they could have something in. horrible service.

Always a good experience at this NAPA store. Mark and the rest of the guys who work there are personable and professional. Huge inventory and great hardware/nut/bolt selection, too!

Went into the store in the a.m. to order pads and rotors for my son's 2004 Ford ranger, they ordered rear rotors to God knows what vehicle (son's truck uses drums and we never even talked about that) then they told my son when he went to pick up the parts that I prepaid for, that the only break pads they had were $83 because the top of the lines all they had. But then when I called to complain they magically had $65 standard pads after all. I literally did not and my son did not have time for all this b.s. with our busy schedules between jobs. I was trying to get a nap in between two jobs because I work 16.5 hrs a day, but that was lost. I feel like this must be their first time doing a car parts sale. First don't b.s. customers into buying wrong or more expensive shit. Leave that crooked business to the repair shops. Second, learn your job better. It was such a lousy first experience for me at this Delaware Ohio location I simply will go elsewhere next time to get the straight up knowledge and help I needed and expected from a parts store.
