I appreciated the personal attention Delaware Auto Sales Collision provided. It took a decent amount of time to get my vehicle back BUT it needed some serious critical things repaired/replaced & put back together. I was kept in the loop with the progress & if estimate changed... which it did BECAUSE the frame & core support were compromised from my accident. I would recommend this business to others in a heartbeat. Thank You for getting me all put together again.

I chose to work with Delaware Auto Sales & Collision because they are a preferred body shop with State Farm, whom was handling my claim. It is never fun to deal with a claim, but this shop made the process as painless as possible. I didn’t have to worry about communicating with insurance about repairs, they helped pick up my vehicle, and was even able to return the rental car for me since I was in town. And they did a great job fixing my vehicle! I hope to not need repairs done from an accident again, but at least I know who to call if I do! Thank you so much!!

Very disappointed in the quality of the work done to my car I had overspray on my windshield and on my passenger window and there was also overspray on the black trim that goes underneath the bumper cover. Delaware Auto sales and collision center also did not keep me properly updated on my vehicle status during the repair and it took an ample amount of time almost The full two weeks My insurance company allowed for the rental car to be in my possession. I would not recommend this company for repairs.
