Service department LIEs about warranty items. If they can't make a bundle on you they will say we need to order the parts. Hoping the extended warranty will end before you realize it. The bill was 4k, 800 was for a fuel pump covered by warranty. When I didn't want to spend the 3200. Savana Lied. "she had to order the parts" for the 800 job. Then they will call me. I just found out they always stocked the parts, and warranty has expired. The service manager Alen Thies backs up her LIE. Avoid at all costs. They are not reputable.

Kyle was my service advisor and he was amazing. He had a driver bring me to my office and he was also amazing. Kyle needed to order parts and he gave me a loaner. My vehicle was ready the next morning. Had a wonderful experience as usual with Henderson BMW!
