The gentleman in the service department was very nice, however there are clear issues with how the department is being run. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM, and at 12:30 PM they still have not started working on my car yet. I understand running behind, but three hours behind is a scheduling issue. I would rather wait for another day for an appointment than be told they are able to work on my car at a certain time and that not be the case. This shows no consideration for other people’s time.

I bought my car with Towbin. I only have them service my 2020 Sportage. The staff is upbeat. I often hear laughing and happy conversations while I wait . It makes me believe I’m in the right place where service is key and workers are satisfied with their employment.

Very convenient place to get my Kia serviced and maintained. Complimentary Lyft/Uber was offered. People are nice, and the waiting lounge is clean. Staff is very communicative with the status of the car and are pretty fast with the service itself.
