Came in for a warranty repair on my car because it was leaking coolant, they gave me back my car... as it was still leaking coolant in front of them. They admitted to not verifying the warranty repair before doing it. Lost my keys, gave me someone ELSES paperwork twice. They took back my car and told me I needed a $500 dollar repair. I refused and took the car home, we limped it to the house for further inspection. Below is a pic of the coolant literally leaking out from under my car before I left btw. Took it home and it turns out there's no leak. My personal mechanic and I sat in my driveway testing the car at various tilts and running the car at 2000 rpm. No coolant issue. They lied about the second repair being needed, and it's now been over a year without issue. TLDR - dealership takes warranty repair, brings out car with coolant still coming from it saying it was fixed, they take it back for inspection, and tell me It needs a second fictional repair for coolant that likely spilled onto other components and dripped off when the car moved.
