Took my truck in for recall regarding a transmission update and a tire rotation. When I picked up the truck the oil life was reset to %100. When I asked the service advisor why it was reset he told me the quick bay drained the oil accident. None of that was noted on the paper work, only verbally. This dealership has not impressed me at all and I purchased the truck from them.

I brought our 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe in for regular service. I was immediately greeted by a service representative, Bret that was very professional. He explained all of the service that was going to completed in a clear and informative manner. Also, he discounted the service charges by 10% because of my military service. The waiting room was comfortable and clean too. I was surprised that there were several refreshments and snacks/food options available too. Overall, I was VERY impressed with Henderson Chevrolet. Every representative was top-notch and earned my customer loyalty. Thank you.

Zero stars if possible. Apparently a great place to go if you are white and male. Not so much when you’re a woman and/or a person of color. We drove 2 vehicles expecting to drop the one off for service. The truck to be serviced immediately approached the garage. I parked a ways down then walked to the truck. It wasn’t until I walked up towards the truck and garage that someone came out and told us to “pull in” with no formal greeting. After we exited the truck, we walked around to the desks area but still were not greeted. We stood there until someone finally asked us what we needed. We left after having an informative conversation with Bert. We found out that we did have a warranty, so we reached back out the next day to ask about loaner availability for lengthy repairs. Transmission ): we were told that we would receive a call or text back. No call or text. So we call again, we were apologized to and told that a manager would call back. Still no call. We live about 7 minutes from this location. We will not be returning. We will have to go to one of the locations in Vegas.

I've been coming to Henderson Chevy's service center for over 10 years, and I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone other than Ray "The Bald Guy." From the moment you walk in, you know you're in good hands. Ray always tells it like it is and breaks down exactly what your car needs without the usual sales pressure. He's consistently met or exceeded my expectations, whether it's routine maintenance or something more involved. It's nice to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and their cars. If you need reliable service, I highly recommend Henderson Chevy, and definitely ask for Ray!

The service advisor Moi, keeps me informed how long it would take for service. He informed me what service needs to be done in my vehicle. My car was finished before the estimated time. The cashiers are very friendly, facility is very clean. I would recommend Henderson Chevrolet for any car service needs in your vehicle.
