We were greeted promptly, directed to an advisor(Richard) who looked after us exceptionally well. We were in and out in 30 minutes. They did a multi point inspection, recommended a cabin air filter and left the oil life monitor up on my display to show that they had reset it. 100% recommend

The service went very well, but the part took 6 weeks to arrive. I brought the car in on Oct. 22nd because the cameras were not working. I was told I needed a new camera module on my car that was 5 months old. I called 2 weeks later...still no camera module. Then I called on November 27th and my service advisor said the part would be in on December 3 and I could bring the car in on the 4th. I brought it in and by 1 pm, I was called that the car was ready. The cameras and warnings have been working great, so I'm satisfied. I only gave 4 stars due to the length of time it took for the camera module to arrive. I should have been notified once a week on the status of the part. I shouldn't have had to go without cameras and warning features so long.

Our vehicle was involved in a rear-end stoplight collision. We brought in in with the estimate of 4 weeks repair. At 4 weeks, we were advised the vehicle was ready. As soon as we drove up, we saw defects in our 6000 mile 2023 LTZ p/u. Trim was not attached correctly, and coming off. No less than 30 paint defects. The right side of the bed was tiger striped as if the person waxing the vehicle did it over dirt. The tailgate was not waxed or blended. Air bubbles/ dirt in the paint. The exhaust tip was not straight. And the alignment, which was listed as adjusted, to be paid for by insurance, was not. We drove it, and the backup camera/ sensors were irregular. The shop kept it. During the next 4 weeks, the truck had all the defects we observed fixed, however, there was issues with the rear sensors which required the main part of the additional repair time. Very disappointed that we had to point out all of these issues that should have been addressed prior to our picking up the vehicle. We expected more from a dealer that was Geico authorized.

Richard at the dealership didn't uphold GM's customer-first principle. Specifically, the wiper blades of my windshieds have been making irrtable screetching noise that none of the other cars that I owned or rented make. I took my Chevy Bolt EUV to the dealership to get it looked at given that my car is still within the 3 year warranty. Not only did the service team not make an attempt to correct the issue by replacing the existing blades with new ones, Richard said to me that this is how this car is made even though he acknowledged that his Silverado of GM doesn't make the wiper noise that my car makes. This is unacceptable, and such dealership service and car quality makes it extremely difficult for me and anyone that I know to support buying American cars going forward. I had a terrible experience on this issue with GM and the dealership.
