Please read through! 48hrs after bringing my truck in for service it started acting strange and wasn't driving well, I took it out to the lake bed and after a few hours the truck became undrivable and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree leaving me stranded in the desert.. I was able to limp the car to the dealer and the next morning the service department gave me a call and started working on it... Through some homework we were able to diagnose the issue and determine a simple lightbulb in the taillight was back feeding the whole electrical system causing the issue. Not only did they fix the main issue, but i got the truck back it runs just like the day i bought it. I can tell the tech went through the truck with a fine tooth come and even resolved the smallest of isses (like a sticking hood latch.). Not only that, they covered the cost.. If it could get any better, my service rep stayed PAST closing that afternoon so i could come pick up the truck after hours. When I tell you everyone from the top down made my experience as positive as possible, i truly mean it. These guys (and gals) are top fking notch. A huge thank you to all of them, especially to the Advisor and Tech who showed me and my truck so much love. 💪🙏

I went to the dealer with no high expectations but Carlos Ramirez is a good a very professional at his job,offer me a different cars a I ended having a very good deal,now I have a beautiful 2018 Toyota camry XSE with 70k miles with platinum warranty that cover every single part of the car,I am very happy and I highly recommend if you decide to buy a car go to Findlay Toyota Henderson and ask for Carlos Ramirez,you will be glad to work you deal with him,he likes to help the people and is honest and really cares for his customers,thank you Carlos. Ron was friendly and helpful, even though he wasn't my service advisor. Matt was great, didn't push any extra services just told me what I was due for. The service techs were fast because Matt said it would be 2-2.5 hours and they were done in less than 2. The cashiers were amiable and fun. Plus the store is always clean with lots of complimentary cold water and coffee (good selection of teas too). Findlay Toyota service is worth the drive across town.
