I swung by the parts department looking for two O2 sensors for my S3, and a rear fuel tank pump. I've bought parts from the parts department directly before and the price has always been what I'd call fair, for OEM parts. The service and technicians are always amazing! After seeing the $1200 that Audi Henderson wanted for just the two (OEM spec) O2 sensors, I'm sad to report that I'd no longer rate the prices as fair.

Wish I could give zero stars we ordered a part from them it was shipped to location two different times two different parts both broken in the same place. They ship previously broken parts out of state, will not refund your money when you have proof, will not return your calls or emails. Dishonest and do not care about their customers. Left over 10 messages and politely, no calls back.

Easy in and easy out! The windshield wipers on my Audi fell apart during Hillary. I contacted the other Audi dealer in town as I was in the area at the time. I was told I would have to make an appointment to get the wipers replaced. I called Audi Henderson, and they said come on in. They not only did they have the parts in stock, but they put the wipers on right immediately. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Good thing, too. It rained the next day. If you want the best service in town, go Audi Henderson! They will treat you right.
