They are very professional and leverage technology to make it easy for the customer to understand what needs to be done. The repairs were done extremely well. After 3 weeks, no recurring issues have come up. The only reason it's not a 5-star review is the price. I know inflation is an issue for everyone, but it still seemed really high for what was done. However, I'm not sure I would have trusted this work to be done correctly anywhere besides a dealership. End of the day, I paid for it and I'm happy with the results.

Terrible experience. Went in to buy a used car. Salesman Daryl didn’t offer any of the complimentary snacks and beverages. No biggie though right? Nope he then proceeded to take his sweet time walking all over for a set of keys. Tells us all used cars are first come first serve. Then tells us the car is being sold to someone that just showed up. We asked multiple times what paperwork we could start to get it secured for us. But we were told it cant be put on hold. The people that came in after us were buying the car out from under us. We got told it was official and nothing we could do. Had to walk out angry and crying. They got us to waste time test driving it to sell it to some guy who’s older and better off with a brand new car. The older salespeople are VERY shady. Will not be back.

My service advisor was really nice and courteous. I was there for an oil change and while I was there another service was recommended. There wasn’t any pressure for me to do it, but I decided to do it. They had a 20% off if there was a recommended service. The service advice honored it and actually took 20% off my entire bill! I also wasn’t subjected to the 3% Cardinaleway Mazda charges for using a credit card.

I bought myself car here two and half months ago. So experience was amazing.My first car in US. It was fourth dealership. So that means I have some experience and can compare now. I was in touch with Paul Burcham. He was the one answered to my question different way. I asked something like “what is your opinion about this car,not as a dealership representative but his own. He said that it’s nice car,plus it’s totally checked,and if he wanted this model he probably go for it. And second GOOD sign was that they came over with a “credit deal” and not trying to ask me make bigger down payment or so…just said if I’m good with conditions,so let’s do it. I came there around 9 am.Checked the car,than had some business to do in the city,and came back around 2 pm. I drove out at 6 pm with my new car. Great service,great workers and overall experience. Love it. Thanks Paul and Findlay Mazda .💫

I made an appointment for 2pm and they got to working on my car right away. I had the 35k service and brake fluid exchange done and it was completed in under an hour. The prices are reasonable and the waiting area is comfortable. Mike S. was my service professional and he was great. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. It's quite a drive for me to get to this dealership but I will continue to have them service my vehicle because they are so much better than the competition.
