I went through Sam's Club's Truecar partnership and built my vehicle on their website. My True Car search lead me to AutoNation. Angelica Reams reached out to me. The vehicle I was interested in was sold but she worked with her manager Tim Raymond to find one that matched my search criteria. They gave me a really good price so I put a deposit on the vehicle. Angelica started a three way chat with her and Tim. She kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle order and ensured that the price that was originally quoted by Tim was honored. I didn't have to pay for a lot of last minute dealer extras. The only items that I paid for were the ones originally negotiated with my purchase. Tim made an estimate of the tax, title, and associated fees and the final price came in $50, less than his estimate. They gave me an excellent price on my trade in. The price they quoted during my initial visit for my trade in was the exact price I received when the sale was closed. I am very happy with Angelica and Tim and recommend working with them.

Good deal on used truck. Was really happy when I asked if they would consider flushing and replacing the radiator and transmission. We are towing our RV with it and I would have had to do this on my own. They did it free also got nice extended warranty.

Purchased a new truck 2 weeks ago. That experience was fantastic. Brought it in for tinting yesterday and the tint looks great. Had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the truck after, but Chris the service manager was very prompt and professional in reaching out and addressing that. Overall would recommend this location for service. It is apparent that the management cares about quality.

Anthony M. was a BIG help! I had to get a new part that was out of warranty and Anthony went the extra mile to get on warranty and saved me a lot of money. In the same process he checked for other things that I need service and and I was happy to get done. Thank you Anthony! From the very start we felt at ease. We had come from the Tucson area, leaving each dealer in Tucson disappointed . Latifah Bernard was outstanding!
