Went in for an engine light. Came out of there 2 weeks later, and $2000 less from my pocket. 1 hour later my truck was leaking green fluid. Sent a video and my truck went back for another few days, and then was informed that there was no leak anywhere, despite providing 2 different videos taken at different times. I went home again and next morning, a red ugly light came up and my truck went back for another week. Picked up the truck and was charged another $100, after that not even 10 minutes later passed when a sensor light came up again. Talked to everyone at that dealer up to the general manager, Rudy Curtis, who called me upon my written request to tell me for the 1000 time they apologized for the inconvenience I have experienced but this is all due to my bad luck. He offered that I bring my truck back at my own time and expense again to take another look. At this point more than $9000 was billed to my assurant insurance company, and today am still driving around with a light on my panel that no other dealer wants to compromise to fix. “Auto Nation Nissan Tempe should stand behind all their work and properly ensure quality control” is what I am told when I try to have another Nissan dealer fix that light for me. I will not go back there for obvious reasons, or suggest anybody else does. It is terrible customer service and awful service at their shop.

Thanks to Theo and ALL at AutoNation Nissan in Tempe, we drove home several hours later in our DREAM machine a few Saturday’s ago. Service after the sale has been top notch too. We were treated exceptionally, super fair trade in, and great manufacturer and dealer deals. Highly recommend you ask for Theo, he’ll take excellent care of you.

I go here religiously when it comes to mechanical work. I've had my vehicle for over 8 years now and its finally wearing down on me. I've had to have some major work done a few days ago. I inquired about issues and was provided feedback from Sarah. She's taken care of me and always understands my concern. Women by nature are inquisitive, well I know I am and she's always patient and finds the answers for me. I've never had issues with them, and I've always been satisfied with work that have been done. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because I've have gone once to another shop for same work and got it at a cheaper price. Prices could be more pocket friendly.

Service was great from start to finish. Service agent Kody was friendly and kept me updated on timing very well - he did a great job. I got a Frontier from a different dealership and wanted this location to give the truck a diagnostic check. They were honest and straightforward, timely, and assured me all is well. Pricing was good too. Overall pleased and I'll be coming back.
