Brought my car in initially because of my Optima not going over 40 MPH and found out my engine needed to be replaced. Jairo was GREAT with communication throughout the entire process and super helpful. It’s been about 6 months or so and I’ve just returned for help with a tail light issue. I asked for Jairo again and I just can’t express how helpful he is. Great asset to Kia! Promote this man!

My Kia Optima hybrid was worked on here. Took them over 3-4 months to fix and when they gave it back to me after sitting in their care for almost a half of a year. my car was filthy and my driver side window was broken and wouldn’t roll up or down. The service lady who was in charge of my service was Paula and she immediately told me it wasn’t her fault and she refused to anything to fix my window. I’ve tried multiple times to get this resolved and she and Tempe Kia have taken zero responsibility. After all I am a Kia owner and have spent thousands of dollars there in services. This is not what I expected from a brand dealership. It’s being ran like a chop shop. Beware

Always a great experience! I bought the car new from Tempe KIA and they are the only place I will take it for service. I feel they're very honest, only performing or recommending service that is necessary. They have earned a customer for life!

I took my kia Sorento 2018 for a breaks job, new shoe pads and re serfs the front rotors wish they did a good job I might say however they inspected the vehicle and did some repairs recommendations however I knew about the issues but there was no urgency to get those repairs but by next day then I had the urgency I had to replace the outer axle boots which now is spreading grease all over the right side chassis so in this kind of situation both sides had to be replaced however they replaced the side wish was okay no problem there however the right side front axle was not replaced wish was the must damage they removed the axle but they were not able to replace the outer boot I spent 5 hours waiting and my vehicle was not fixed properly and yet I paid $356.00 and I have another estimate for $1900.00 if I want it fixed $1700.00 in parts plus labor and it’s not the first time kia motor provides me with a bad service experience this is the second kia motor services shop I go and it’s the last one I’ll take my chances with the small repair shop from now on
