Went in for an oil change last month. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the oil filter which caused a leak. I used my second vehicle to speak with the manage, Brandon, in person. This was the absolute most pleasant experience. I was very upset with the work by the technician but Brandon listed to me very patiently, offered a more than reasonable solution, and stated he would be sure to provide coaching to his technician. What originated as a very frustration event, turned out great. Excellent customer service from the Service/Parts Manager.

I bought a used honda Odissey 2014, 2 years ago, and it was a lemon from the first month. The wires were eaten by rats from their lot, my sister bought a new car and has electrical problems too. They have an infestation of rats in their lots, they try to accuse me of having rats on front of my house, but me and my sister which lives in south tempe had the same problems ,she bought a 2023 suv, from the new car lot and I bought it from the used car lot. My car breaks down every month, I bought a $4000 warranty that denies every single claim. The manager is nice, but it's out of his control to make it right. Be careful buying a car there, make sure you check their electrical.

The recommended repair was wrong. I came in because of an air conditioning issue. Instead of really diagnosing the issue with dye, this shop chose the most expensive option of having the evaporator replaced. Furthermore, there was no discussion of the potential issues of the dashboard breaking when disassembling the dash of a 15 year old sun baked car. I'm sure if we had them make the repair, we would have been hit with much higher costs. Other mechanics took the time to find the issue, which was a much simpler and easier repair. I've had my suspicions that this dealer has been gouging us, and now it is really confirmed. I will not return for repair, nor when we need to purchase a new car.

Ordered brake pads, rotors, and shim kit from this dealer online because their pricing was decent and I they offered free shipping if I picked up the order. Huge mistake. The rotors were on backorder (probably suffering to COVID supply chain issues) yet the website never notified me at all when placing the order. I had to call to get a status updates everyday. There's only one or 2 guys who actually work the online orders at this store so be prepared to be put on hold for a very long time. When they actually talk to you, they're no help at all on providing an ETA. Finally get my order 7 business days later and I come home to find out they sold me used pads!!
