I went into Auto Zone today with several inquiries regarding my vehicle. I was assisted by a very professional and courteous young man, Mr. Matt Close (I asked his name, after my purchase). Matt was not only a phenomenal customer service representative, he was extremely knowledgeable regarding vehicles! He assisted me to purchase the necessary parts for my vehicle, and suggested other items that I had no idea were an issue! There is ‘proof in the pudding!’ The suggested items repaired long term issues that I didn’t even notice! I am grateful to have purchased the parts needed and have my mechanic put them on. Matt is clearly a team leader at this location! I would suggest to corporate to keep a very close eye on this young man, and not only consider him for management (if he isn’t already), but also a regional position! He has a bright future ahead, and he has passion for representing Auto Zone, which isn’t always the case with businesses and employees these days! I’d recommend this location to anyone seeking automotive parts, and ask for Matt!

I called and the girl said they had the part I needed in stock. I got there and the guy working said they didn't have it. the girl said she was busy and didn't look for it. so why 5 stars because he was awesome !! he found an auto zone right down the street that had it - ,I paid here and picked it up on Mclintock. I wish I remembered names - but thank you !!

Came in because my car battery was dying, Nathan helped me find exactly what we were looking for! He thoroughly explained the differences between the car batteries and their warranties. After making my purchase, he helped install the new car battery, it was quick and easy! When he heard my car turn on, he noticed there was an issue in the way the car sounded. He brought out the computer to run the diagnostic on my car and explained to me what exactly the issue was, he was able to lead me in the right direction to fix the MAF Sensor! He saved me from having to return to an autoshop for a part that only cost $100! He was kind, helpful and patient; I hope every auto zone has an employee just like Nathan!

Storm Q was such an amazing employee. He offered to help me with my battery which was corroded beyond anything I've ever seen.
