Zolman's Best One Tire & Auto Care

Had a bad alignment experience with another local tire installation business. Took my truck to Zolman on Edison and worked with Devon. He was extremely helpful, showed me what had been overlooked and unfinished by the other company. They had the issue corrected and my truck back in working order in less than 3 hours.

Devon was very pleasant and friendly to work with. Zolman's was able to diagnose the issue with my car quickly and fix it allowing me to pick-up the car in time for my kids' school pick-up. They offered me transportation to and from work, but it was not needed. Service and communication were great and highly appreciated.

Prompt service. Had two flat tires from a. Pothole. Towed my vehicle in. They had them replaced and ready to go within a couple of hours and I was able to get to work on time. They made sure to get me in and out quickly so I could make it to my appointments for the day.

Great service all around. Prompt in quoting me a price initially and provided excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend Zolmans for auto repair work. They have a 2yr/24,000 mile warranty as well, which adds to the value.

Great experience! Loving and caring staff. The other location had to shut down for the day due to the college football game playoffs at Notre Dame! Heard the employee talking about how the staff was still paid and taken care of even though didn’t have to work! Zolmans was a loving environment with a Jesus Loves You note put by someone there on the bathroom whiteboard! Loved my experience definitely recommend !

Everyone was friendly and helpful! I scheduled to have some routine warranty work done. They had to reschedule last minute because their mechanic called in sick which was kind of a bummer since I live an hour away and was already halfway there, but I get it. I rescheduled for two days later, on a Friday which I was little apprehensive about because we are to leave town the following Wednesday. Long story long, after i got the work done and got about 15 miles down the road my car sounded 10X worse than it did before I took it in. I’ve already scheduled to take it in to a different mechanic on Monday and am hoping that it will be ready for our trip next week.

My car was taken in to be serviced very promptly, they did the necessary work in a reasonable amount of time. The one problem I do have is the salesman that checked me in was in a meeting when the car was completed and the salesman behind the counter went over to the room and informed my salesman My car was done, but I still had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the original salesman to check me out While the guy behind the counter wasn’t even very friendly about it. if they had been busy, I wouldn’t of cared, but literally half their bayes were empty and and there was only one other person in the waiting room.
