With a business that states that they are so busy, I would have guessed that to mean they had great customer service. I brought my car in to be looked at. I asked about time delivery, and got a vague answer. I asked about clearing that up, and she lowered the timeline by 30 minutes. I’m not in any way upset by the substance of the words she spoke, rather, the tonality and abruptness of which she spoke to me indicated that the customers this establishment has are not of real value to her. People have bad days, so I’m giving 2 stars based on that. Answering questions should never be a chore, when you’re going to charge nearly 5k for your service.

"fixed" my clutch Didn't shift right after fix. Called to request information and they stated "be thankful it shifts it didn't go into gear when we got it" And then they proceeded to blame mileage and transmission I enquired about replacing or fixing transmission "Drive it till it dies" was their response verbatim. (Fast forward a year) I finally get time to look at clutch and discover THEY BROKE THE TORSION SPRING AND COVERED IT UP. So I received a 400$ + Bill for dishonest work and then "my vehicle was to blame"

These guys definitely know their stuff. I had a unique vehicle with many modifications. 1972 Bronco. I replaced the transmission myself. I am not a mechanic and had many issues. They got me going for an extremely reasonable price. Thank you Certified transmission

I had my transmission rebuilt from a retired mechanic but after removing it twice and sending it to him it was still slipping. It was suggested that I get it checked by a national shop. I had my truck towed to Certified in Mishawaka. They were told it was slipping. They confirmed the slippage and wanted $4800 for a complete rebuild instead of just fixing the problem. So I tow it to a small shop and they determined the valve body to be bad. The retired mechanic sent me a valve body and got it replaced for $500. Certified needs to send its techs and management back to school.

Great place to take your vehicle if your transmission is having issues. They put their diagnostic fee towards your final bill if you decide to have them do the work. beforeThey rebuilt an F-150 transmission for a friend of mine more than 5 years ago, and he's never had an issue. They are more than competitive when it comes to pricing and service.

Honest and excellent! I've had them check out a couple of vehicles over the years - one just needed a part replaced and the other was a full rebuild. In both cases they were surprisingly faster than anticipated. Fair pricing as well.
