Service Center at Gurley Leep Kia

Gurley Leep Kia says that they solve problems but they actually create problems. For a regular oil change/vehicle inspection, they requested that I needed a new air filter, however that air filter was never in stock and did not tell me it was out of stock and being ordered for 30 minutes. Then, the service told me that they were installing the new air filter and that my car would be given back to me in five minutes, so I paid for my service. However, 30 minutes later, they told me that the air filter was still not in the building. Any Kia service should have every part for every make/model that they sell in stock. I also still have yet to receive my refund from Gurley keep Kia. Also, when I got back to my car after over two hours of waiting time, my oil change sticker only added 5,000 miles(not 7,500 miles like it should.) The mechanic never reset the oil change gage, and their was oil splattered on top of my hood and also on my engine. I will only go to Tyler's Kia service from now on.

DO NOT GO THERE !!!! Yall took advantage and try to rip me off y’all LIED and said I needed new ignition coils and spark plugs try to charge me $1300 for to “fix” it so I paid that diagnostic which was $205 I paid that for no reason at all I had a “REAL mechanic” come look at my car and whole time i had a bad censor at no shape or form I needed ignition coils or spark plugs y’all should be ashamed for trying to rip me off but it didn’t work !!! I would give you guys ZERO STARS but it wouldn’t let me but I will NOT recommend nobody here and I will make sure to let everybody that not to ever come to you guys because all you care about is money I would never ever come and do any type of business with you guys ever again !!!

First time getting a vehicle off the lot! My experience couldn't have gone any better! Anthony Schofield was great answered any and all questions we had. Stayed late the day before Christmas Eve to get us squared away! They offered us 3 month 3,000 mile warranty and even the first oil change on them! Couldn't be happier! Thank you Gurley Leep Kia team!

I recently purchased a car from Gurley Leep and it had a chipped windshield. They told me they would fill the chip free of charge since I was purchasing it from them. I dropped off my car to have it chipped and roof rails put on and they auto glass repair that came out ended up cracking the windshield even more. Shelly was phenomenal in getting my windshield replac for free and in a timely fashion. She is awesome. Work with Shelly!

I am highly disappointed that was lied to and that the service team was not honest with me! I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer from Gurley Leep Kia on Friday and Saturday I called to have the brakes looked at because they were squeaking and releasing lots of brake dust. They were able to get me in on Monday and I receive a phone call letting me know the brakes were in excellent condition and that no repairs were needed, when I asked about using a different brake pad that would release less dust and make less noise I was told all of the pads for that vehicle were that way and that changing them would not solve the issue. I was told I had the best type of pad possible and that’s just the way it was going to be (mind you they were the ones that changed the brakes before I bought the vehicle). Again and again I advised that I would not mind paying for a better pad but they practically refused saying it would only make more noise if I went to a ceramic pad (instead of the semi-ceramic I already had). Reluctantly I picked up my vehicle and left, I ended up calling Midas a few weeks later because I just could not take the noise and they told me the pads used were the cheapest and worse quality that could be used and that the back brakes were pretty much all gone!! I ended up replacing the brake pads and rotors since clearly I couldn’t trust them and spent $1,200 total for both axels and now my vehicle drives and sounds like it should!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to these people!!
