Service Center at Gurley Leep Motorwerks

This place is a mess. I dropped my vehicle off per the instructions of my salesman the night before the scheduled service. They called me the next day because they didn't know what to do with my vehicle. I explained what was to be repaired and they said they would take care of it. I called back three days later to check in on the status and was told they didn't even have the part. To further complicate things they weren't even sure when it would arrive. I explained that the salesman assured me the part was already there. They said never listen to the salesman because there is poor communication between the two departments. That was the one thing they were absolutely right about. I ended up having to go back and pick my vehicle up. Supposedly they will call me when the part comes in but I have a feeling I'll be calling them back instead. It makes me regret even purchasing a vehicle from Gurley Leep.

The best customer service and stress free experience you can get. I completely trust them and they always manage to exceed my expectations. Ash and Lynn are so cordial and knowledgeable and always have my best interest in mind. not once did I feel they are trying to sell me unnecessary services. They go out of their way to make sure they can minimize or eliminate any inconvenience. They have got my business and my family and friends business as well.

Our car went in to the body shop to have some work done which included have the passenger mirror fixed. They took the car to service to have this done. After almost a month we received our car back. The passenger side window switch worked going up but not going down and the mirror they installed was not located in the right position. The switch worked before we took it in but they say the switch broke. Very odd. And almost 300.00 T

Went it for a check engine light. $400 just to run diagnostic and install new software!! Ridiculously expensive. Then the predatory service department sold my wife an unnecessary bill of goods for an additional $1,400 that unfortunately she agreed to. Never again will we ever use them for service!!!! They are crooks.

Staff is very friendly. They have a very comfortable place to wait while your car is being serviced. They have been taking care of my car for the last four years. I am very happy with their services.
