Every interaction I have had with this store has resulted in the employees being rude, condescending, and unable to deliver on what I asked for. This most recent encounter is not even about when they worked on my vehicle a few years back. At that time I left feeling frustrated, condescended too, and like I had spent more money without having my problem fixed. Recently I called in and simply asked for my car's records to be emailed to me. Seth started the request by saying "this never works" indicating your national chain is run with faulty communication equipment. After the email did not go through, Seth insisted he sent the email twice and said I could come in person to pick up the report instead. I let him know I could not do that and asked if there was any other alternative. I asked if there was any way they could text me the report of the work done on my car and Seth said, "it seems a little unprofessional to text from my personal number." After that I requested to speak with someone else, as the conversation no longer seemed productive. Seth stated that he was one of the managers, and the other manager was involved in a more important matter and could not come to the phone. After that Seth seemed very aggravated and agreed to text me the printout of my car's report. A couple of things to note here; 1. This was a very simple request for car records. In 2025, I would expect a national chain to have the ability to provide their customers with this information, without the pushback. 2. I was perfectly polite throughout the entire interaction, but was told my request was "A you problem" and that he "didn't know what to tell me” because the computer would not send the email. He refused to let me speak to another employee and insisted that his coworkers were dealing with "more important" matters. From a customer service standpoint, this is a failure. To make a customer feel their very simple request is unprofessional, unimportant, and an inconvenience is extremely disheartening. I do not need to be contacted, as I will never be returning to your business as a customer. I only hope that this can be used as a learning moment, to train your “managers” on how to offer help to customers in a more polite and efficient manner, and also address the issue of being unable to send a simple email. *Edit to add* about 15 minutes after this disaster of a customer service call, I received an email from who I can only assume is the real manager of the store, Chad. I am not sure who Seth is, but he needs a review in customer service training if he is, indeed, a manager.

I needed a new tire. The new tire was not installed rim properly causing an extremely bumpy ride. Additional, I was told an alignment was going to be done, but it was not and mark "declined" with no explanation. I had a issue with me steering rod that would have been obvious to spot. I understand if they were not able to fix that, but I would have liked to be told why the alignment wasn't done for my safety.

Very helpful people. I stupidly ran out of gas in the middle of Grape Road, a busy, 5 lane, near highway with a posted speed limit of 40 MPH, and they saw me pushing my car down the turn lane. 5 or 6 people came out and helped this old man push his car into their parking lot, gave me enough gas to get to the nearest gas station, and refused payment. They've created a loyal customer in me, and I can't recommend this store, it's manager and it's employees enough.

Nice establishment, equipped with a vending machine, big comfy chairs, and super cold ac. Friendly staff & great tire selection. This will be my second set from this Belle Tire location. My only complaint was that my car sat parked in the lot waiting for an alignment check, but while I was outside with my daughter we observed both alignment bays empty for quite some time. So while it’s a small complaint, overall timeliness seemed to be slightly lacking. With that said, I would recommend recommend this business.

I needed air in a tire. Self-serve. I pulled up to an open bay door. The air was on the outside. I was having difficulty. I looked up and saw 3 employees watching me. I asked for help. Recd it. When I backed out to leave, I realized if I had pulled forward into the garage I would have dropped into the pit. Would be nice if there was a chain across the open bay to prevent a possible mishap. Footnote: employee was having difficulty putting air in my tire also. Pump would pump too much air so it wasn't just me.
