They have been the worst service department i have ever been to. Everytime I have been there it's always a run around. The service manager has never been any help except to get snotty with you. Took car for yet another recall and wanted an oil change as well. Have a unexpired coupon from nissan that they would not accept, says was an error and will not take it. I will never get another vehicle from this dealer. Wish could give them a 0 star. Today's recall work went smooth, but the excuse for the email coupon is lame and poor excuse for service. Any where else would have accepted the deal, and inform was mistake ad. The CS manager is of no help.

I had my thermostat replaced here several months ago, as well as a coolant flush and replacement and I’ve had coolant leaking ever since. This Nissan Service Center insisted “it’s just water mixed with your peeling undercoat” which made no sense to me, but I’m not a mechanic and didn’t think much of it at the time. It took me two seconds while looking under the front end to see that I have coolant leaking from my radiator after noticing that it was STILL dripping on dry pavement months later, and have had my suspicions confirmed by trustworthy mechanics. Needless to say, it will be repaired by a different shop. As a long time customer who will not be returning anymore, take it from me: This place does not deserve your business, time, or trust until they drastically improve. I highly recommend looking to another shop if you value your vehicle, time, and money. There are plenty of alternative locations that offer reliable services, prices, and quality of work. My wife and I have had quite a few bad experiences in the last several years here after multiple vehicles coming in and leaving with major problems, including a series of mishaps that necessitated the dealership itself to buy a vehicle back. If you do take your vehicle here, please understand that there has been an extreme decline in their service’s quality and you may end up spending much more time, money, and emotion getting your vehicle repaired than initially anticipated. My wife and I will not be returning for inevitable repairs, which is unfortunate as we have been coming here for quite some time prior to the final straw moment. We have tried to be patient and understanding in the past, but we are exhausted. I take no pleasure in leaving this review as I have personally worked with and built rapport with some of the Service Center staff in the past when I was part of the dealership’s sales team, but I genuinely feel that it is necessary to share my negative experience as to possibly save others from spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at a place that does not offer trustworthy inspections and work.

If there were an option for a zero rating I would choose that. My husband and I have been nisaan customers for almost 30 years. We recently moved to the area and were going to find a reputable Nissan dealership in the area. Gurley Leep is anything but! We came in for an oil change and were presented with a $1500.00 list of issues we were told must be done, half of which we knew we had already done at our previous dealership. We obviously declined, agreeing only to having brakes done. Their equipment broke down and we had to be given a loaner car which was absolutely filthy. The steering wheel was covered in cobwebs and the rancid smell and carpet of dog hair made me sick! I refused to go with my husband to return the car and when he returned after paying the bill I found a "misc. Charge" of $65 added to the bill. I called immediately to ask what it was and was told it was for "using their tools and equipment" I will be complaining to anyone who will listen to keep this from happening to someone else!!

Do not take your car to them! They will try to upsell you, if they make a mistake they won't apologize and will not make it right. The customer does not come first, their number one priority is not to keep your vehicle running, its to take your money and not do the work for the money. These guys refused to give me a refund even though they didn't fix my car. They live up to the stealership reputation. Avoid them at all cost!
