Being told to read the contract and go to a competitor to get service is horrible customer care. I for sure will make this known. Learn to take care of your customers or you will have none.

Scheduled to have my 2014 Sonata in for a diagnostic (to check my hybrid battery). While it was there they said they would take care of the recalls as well. An estimate was sent to me on some repairs that needed done and I approved two of them . I dropped my car off on 9/3 at 5:30pm so they would have it first thing the next morning. Was told by Jefferey that it should be ready by Friday, 9/6. I rented a car so I could continue to run my business. On Friday, my husband called to find out the status of my car. Was told that the car is still not ready. When asked when it would be done, we were told Monday. Ok, I will just have the rental a few more days, no problem. On Monday, my husband called again and was told AGAIN that my car isn't ready. At this point, my husband asked what the holdup was. The answer we got was "the tech just isn't done with it yet". So, we were told AGAIN that the car will be ready Tuesday. I dropped off the rental on Tuesday morning really believing that my car would be done. There's no way it will take them THIS LONG to fix it, right? Wrong...called Tuesday and was told now that it will be done on WEDNESDAY 9/11 at 4:30pm. They have held my car hostage for one week now! So on Wednesday I go get my car. Jeffrey was there and "thanked me for my patience" and walked away quickly (he obviously saw my face). What "patience"? I had no choice! Then Jefferey said they "found" something that needed replaced (valve cover) and they replaced that for free. Whatever. The tech obviously didn't know what he was doing, or he was taken off my car to work on another vehicle. Either way, we were not notified much of what the problem was on why my car took a week to get done. I will NEVER go back. There are other places around that I can take my car to. I thought since they had it that it would be no problem to just get it done. They have cost me a rental car ($600) and I couldn't get reimbursed for it until I get the car back! Please look elsewhere if you need your car serviced. I can't imagine someone without a mode a transportation for any length of time like this.

Terrible service. Vehicle was taken in several times and never repaired properly. Then was told not to take it back there and to go to Tyler’s in Nile’s for service. Guess I’ll be buying from Tyler’s too!
